  • POV drive in the 2022 Lexus RC350 F Sport, through Skyline Boulevard after a rainstorm. Roads were pretty damp, so it was a bit sketchy at some points. The "floatyness" of this car made it even worse, but the drive was still enjoyable, with great views.

The floaty direction would be a deal breaker for me. Have the older IS, and it's razor sharp.
It turns by thinking and it's exactly what I like.

Hey man cool video. I just ordered this car last week. It will be here in March. Is this RWD OR AWD?? Is this your car?? Did you build it. I'm only wondering because your talking about the suspension. The floatyness your feeling is because the suspension setup on the front of this car is from the Lexus GS, The Rear is an IS. I've owned 2 Is,s and the 14 I just had way to stiff of suspension for a daily driver in the front at least. That's why I love this car for a daily. I was sick of driving harsh sports cars as dailys. This car is not a sports car at all. It's a coupe. A sporty coupe. It's not meant to handle like I sports car. It's a GT car. A grand Touring daily driver highway cruiser. It's not a canyon carver. Does it have LSD, Rear Wheel Steering?? These are all options you can get if you want them.

So this is the RWD model, it was custom ordered by someone else, but when they cancelled there order after it was almost built, I reserved it myself at the dealer
I completely agree on the GT car point, this doesn’t compete with any of the M cars or AMG’s. I just expected more when the car is put in sport +. But I do love the engine sound, this sounds much better than the turbocharged cars that I’ve driven from the inside. The induction sound is insane.
This car does not have the TVD or rear wheel steer. Not sure if that will help with the steering feel/floatyness, but that will help pull you through corners from what I understand since your turning radius is smaller with rear wheel steer.
Only thing I’m really considering doing to the car is getting the orange OEM brake calipers, and maybe getting the Lexon JDM bodykit, but it’s pricey since I believe it ships from Japan directly lol.
