In all honesty, I appreciate the normalization of getting/ having the travel size. I feel like many of us have had our perfume collections become so big and slightly overwhelming/ redundant. It went from makeup to skincare and now fragrance. I am getting smaller/ travel size until my collection shrinks.
Yep, I'm starting to look for 1 oz as they are easier to finish. But if I really like the scent, I will get it in the big bottle

I think even 30 ml are overpriced, usually in my country 100 ml are cheaper when on discount than 30 ml ....and travel size are way way overpriced...l always buy biggest size and sell the perfume if l don't like it, l also have a big collection... But if l bought smaller sizes l wouldn't be able to sell it no near the price l paid for it, consequently l'll be losing more money then buying full size
@@lavalampa3254 i noticed that. It’s hard for me to buy the travel or one ounce when the 100ml has a better price per ounce.
@@pwallace5359 and not only per ounce, Notino a website very popular where l am often has 100ml bottles cheaper than 30 ml ones.
Black Opium Le Parfum is my favorite of the whole line, finally one that could become part of my perfume collection. The vanillas and light cinnamon on the opening are fantastic 😍 together.

I am not a fan of any of the other flankers but absolutely love this one! The vanilla is so refined yet sweet, and not too much coffee. I bought a back up after I blew thru my 1 oz (not a strong projector) but it smells amazing

You look so beautiful! Love your makeup especially purple eyeshadow and lip combo! Your hair looks so pretty and earrings are gorgeous! I love the original black opium I need to try some of the flankers! This one in particular sounds like one of the better ones!

I loved this one! I also don’t like the original or many of it’s flankers. I didn’t have longevity issues. I think it doesn’t have all the notes I didn’t like from the original & it’s refined and updated. I wrote a review on fragrantica as the only fragrance I considered sexy, but also romantic, and happy.
I imagine it as when you fall in love with someone, that euphoria when you’re around them and holding each other close…in a bottle! Maybe it’s that solar note but it’s on my Valentine’s list 😉

Makeup looks flawless. I’m not a fan of the price for this flanker, but I love me some vanilla.
This flanker is my favorite and I have the Nuit Blanche, Original and neon.

Hi Amy, its interesting that for me its a really strong perfume. It reminds me kayali vanilla 28, for me they are very close. But I prefer illicit green.

I sampled this new BO and it’s a love!!! It’s a similar vibe of JPG La Belle and the dry down is like MOD Vanilla. It’s definitely not a beast projector! But longevity is great!

I just sampled this in stores today… got more solar florals and citrus 😳 got vanilla but it is so soft… BUT i only sampled on a tester strip… may need to sample again and spray on skin.. i really like it though… 😊
i just bought a 1.6 oz bottle of this off of mercari for $65 brand new because the seller has a lot, I haven't smelled it yet but I thought that $65 was a really good deal for the size. cant wait till I get it.

This is my SOTD..I’m in love with this new flanker, but I do think it’s a bit overpriced. I bought the 1 oz. I’m still on the fence as far as repurchasing, but I do like it.

I have tried a few of the Black Opium flankers and this is by far my favourite. Nuit Blanche and Extreme are the next two I prefer but the vanilla in the Le Parfum is just so warm and delicious. I prefer it to Nuit Blanche which I find can be a bit sharp with the white florals. Le Parfum is much sweeter than Nuit Blanche though. It sits close to the skin but on me it lingers. I get whiffs off it all day.
Am sold, loved the extreme but the coffee was abit much. Really would have loved more vanilla in it, looks like this is it. 😊
I haven't tried any of the opium yet. I am very interested tho. I recently tried jadore and love love it.

Thanks for your review. Wore the extreme last fall and really loved it. But like you kinda got over the coffee. Am glad there's more vanilla in this. And I actually like my scents subtle and close to the skin, not into beast mode projecting perfumes unless am going out. Heading to sephora to try this while their sale is on.

This is getting me excited! Imma have to try this out. I have Nuit Blanche Im just always scared to use her cuz she’s discontinued. Im hoping since the Le Parfum is vanilla heavy it will get better the longer it sits. Love your videos!

I got a nuit Blanche bottle but I’m so disappointed I don’t get any creaminess it’s very floral and sharp on me :( wish I got what everyone else is saying. The le parfum is definitely creamier and less sharp

I just ordered the travel size of extreme and Nuit Blanche to see which one is more gourmand. Running thought the travel size is the best indicator I want the full size and won’t waste more money.
For some reason I’ve always overlooked this fragrance so I’m happy with smaller sizes in case it’s just fragrance collector bug catching my eye vs really loving the scent.
I love how you said “collector bug” that’s such a real thing And it happened to me all the time then I ended up with a full bottle of something that was nice and smelled ok but it wasn’t one that I was in love with. 😩
I received my travel sizes of extreme and Nuit Blanche.
Nuit Blanche is definitely my fav. A light gourmand with depth. extreme is syrupy sweet and longer lasting.
I only get travel sizes for my new perfume..especially if I have never smelt it.

I am getting mor flower than vanilla. Maybe my nose is broken. As of right now I think it’s a blind buy fail for me. Hopefully when it macerates it will be more vanilla forward.

Why do they do this again?!?! Who needs just ANOTHER FLANKER? I tried it, it’s very subdued, quiet, no big deal but super pricey
