Can you also do a full mimic Pilates workout with a pilates bar, with an inclusion of weights/dumbell and/or foam roller session classes? just suggestions, maybe you can do cardio and sculpt class, glutes class, and core class. thanks xx

40mins session done 🙄😂👍 loved this one again - the twists with dumbbell at chest and one leg out was good. Kept head and arms up for core work with soft ball where I could. Loved❤the stretches & of course the full spinal twist (I always bend both legs👍) perfect session thank you Jacinta🙏

It would be possible since it’s low impact. I would prob suggest at least a days rest in the week though.
