  • Simple mid-week fish curry,
    Serves 2
    Ingredients:
    2 tbsp butter ghee or oil
    1/2 tsp brown mustard seeds
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed
    1 large vine tomato, chopped
    1 tsp Kashmir chilli powder
    1 tsp ground coriander
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp salt
    120ml hot water
    300g fish - cut into 4cm pieces
    Lemon or lime wedges
    Small bunch coriander, chopped
