Simple meal for busy days, cooked in slow cooker, sausage casserole & jacket potato, winter warmer!
Sausage casserole cooked in the slow cooker accompanied with jacket potato cooked in the air fryer!
A great meal for those busy days and a great winter warmer!
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 ts olive oil
6-8 sausages
2 small onions
Tin of chopped tomatoes
Tin of baked beans
Tin of sweetcorn
1 beef stock cube
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts sweet paprika
1/2 ts ground cumin
1 ts dried thyme
1 ts garlic granules
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated cheese
4 baking potatoes
