Great Viewing at 2:00 am... Just picked up s-21 {1 batch }Bitman. This unit ( 60 TH/s ,after halving,) difficulty go over 100 ... I am going save $ get the s-23 ( some day). 450 TH/ sec 2000 watts ( hey I can dream!) Kinda like , when s-9 came out replacing D3. The pressure on MFG get hash way up......sorry s-9.
Great Video!! Can you make a follow up video with the Luxor firmware and the process to add the firmware to miner? This would be very help to the community for LPM and overclocking possiblities with the LUXOR firmware.
I bought 12pcs of S19XP two months ago, yes it's more likely to have overheat issue than my other miners when ambient temperature is relatively high ...after watching this video I may think I should wait for S19K Pro instead...
I’ve been wanting to buy this model for weeks.. I’m glad I didn’t yet because I was counting on LPM which I guess ain’t available yet. My calculations would put this model on LPM to be more efficient than the s21. Not surprising that Bitmain hasn’t offered LPM firmware… I’ll keep rocking my s19j pro 96t in LPM which 24 efficiency.. thanks panda! Maybe I’ll grab one for Black Friday!
Man, that's incredibly risky, basically the same with KAS, these ASIC manufacturers are not even trying to compete, just consolidating their profits before the halving lol
Anybody know how to run one of these with only two hashboards? Hashboard 0 pooped out after 15-20 minutes. Chain 0 only find 0 asic, will power off hash board 0
wow, thats 2500$ + shipping!! With your electricity cost around 8cnt/kWh , that's 13$ a WEEK!!! Mate, i mean... that's 50$ a month. This is totally not worth doing.
@@RedPandaMining Where did you buy it from? Because if you buy directly from Bitmain, it's 2500$ + shipping + 25% if shipped to the US (it's all in their web, anyone can check i'm saying the truth).Ohhh by the way. And that price doesn't even include customs clearence taxes which in my case in Spain is about 21% + to the price
all i hope for BTC is some smaller home ASIC miners, ones that require under 1000w per unit, instead of these monsterous 3200-5500w industrial machines
Buying ASICs is stupid at this point, totally not worth the hassle of dealing with them for the cents they generate, there's just too much hashrate on the network with difficulty way too high. Get one if you just want to try your luck solo mining, otherwise don't bother.
@@JJc6996 Why would it cost 5x the price in 2 years when the block reward will be cut in half next year, not to mention the network hashrate that keeps going up and up in a race to the bottom? Your little single ASIC will earn you nothing, now or in 2 years, when you compete with industrial scale EH farms that run on dirt cheap electricity.
@@clearlight293the point at least for me is to get as much BTC as possible… as you can see since you made this comment BTC has gone up tremendously and it will not stop going up if you’re looking at a 10+ year timeline. You’re thinking way too short term what can I get NOW NOW NOW.
Say that to the s9 it went from $50 2018 up to $500 in 2021 because some people with cheap enough power could still make $ from it just depends on the owners power cost to hash ratio. But I agree somewhat makes more sense to me to get a s21 pro 250th 3550w for $500 more then buying 2 s19k pro's its 2200w less power as long as bitmain doesn't delay release or have the s19 XP level problem but thats the gamble with newest equipment
Check vipera tech s21 pro 250th 3550w pre order april-may release if not delayed $4750. $200 off your first order just my thought makes more sense to pay $500 more to save 2200w for the same th/s total in the long run if they don't have s19 XP level issues
guys why are these miners posting videos over 10 minutes long ?? come on !!!! show us your rig and earner !simple right any miner that has to make income from RUclips not a great miner !!! making more income from you tube than mining
Love how the us fed has the power to affect the world market money printer go brrr as the govt devalues the savings of people holding cash in their savings accounts 🤣. Just my 2 cents mining is and always will be profitable no matter the market for who ever makes their hashes for less then the average even in the worse case market. just think about it even if the market crashed to 1% its current value mining wouldnt die it would still be whos hashing above average cost the rest would end up shutting shut off. Sorry to the other 99% mining is the monetization of kwh of power at what ever your harwares efficiency its simple. but also not because of the swings in the market and innovation and investors hence the opportunities and losses of some but i also think that will eventually begin to level out more once btc halving affect does. not to say spec mining wont stop being like the lotto though🤣. bit of a rant here but thats what the internets comment sections are for right😅 thanks panda for all you and the other mining community members put in

Hello, please, can you advise me on the best Antminer I can purchase? Do you recommend buying the KS3 model ?
If I had that kind of money to spend, I would still probably buy a KS1, and OC it..
Just so much power for home mining....
i just fricking love this noise

@RedPandaMining great video as always! Couple questions; what make model is your PDU and where do you buy your PDUs and cables from? Thanks!

How you getting 220v I am getting 248v from my house. You have some step down voltage transformer?
They actually advertise 2760+/- 5%, so yours is still well within specs ...
Will they ever have bitcoin miners that run under 1000w with high hashrate? Why are they all 3000w or higher? How does Jasminer do it?
In your what to mine calculation what would the fees be?
Should we wait after halving

Great choice of music
Does anyone have the link for the profitability calculator he used?

240 volts I assume ?

why buy before? wait
the clock is ticking don't get stuck with hardware that's gonna become useless real soon.
Can you share spreadsheet please?
Buy one or just buy $2k worth of BTC is the question I keep asking myself.
Facts, hard to turn a profit unless you have a crazy low power rate like 4 cents
.048 when I had my miners running. Now that they are off it’s .052 They must have given me a discount for using so much. 🤣
