Walking excessively was the reason my swelling started so I don't think more walking is going to stop it, I think for now I'll just stick with the ice bath and trying to eat healthier

@@anothercomment3451 it's not uncommon at all for truck drivers to drive 11 hours per day. 11 hrs per day is the legal limit.

i searched for edema treatment and cure, but could not find it, not until i came across dr iyhere on youtube, with his herbal medication i was cured completely of edema illness and now my legs and arms is on normal size now

My feet(and legs) have been swollen for about 3 days now. Today they have been soo bad I couldn't walk. I'm on the east coast and right now it is almost 4am and my feet are soaking in some super cold water!!!

Keep foot elevated (pillow, at night), Soak in epsom salt, ice, Slipper, no tight shoe for a few days.

I skip rope regularly and also team this with a 2-5 mile walk a day. Yesterday I skipped rope then went about my daily walk (4+ miles). Me feet were hurting more than usual, so when I got home I sat down and rested for the remainder of the day. By the evening they were still quite sore and I wanted to take a look at them to see if I might have gotten blisters. What I found was swollen ankles instead. Now I've been exercising for years and this has never happened before post exercise. I still have the swollen ankles, though the pain has lessen. I had edema once from a long flight that lasted for 3 weeks and though I did everything to reduce the swelling, it just took a really long time to go away. Is this normal to have swollen ankles if you're an active person?
