Congrats on the new space! Just one suggestion from my personal experience is to swap the project cars where the lambo's are, because the last thing you want is the angle grinder dust, spraypaint, and other car shmoo from the workspaces getting on the shiny cars :)

Amazing move Chris, all the best with the shop, honestly its dope to see all your scars in one place (not under trees) Jet wash everything and paint the walls charcoal and lay a removable floor you can take to the new shop, DONE (possible lighting you can remove)

Love the new GTA garage lol. Maybe look into wildfire lifts. They have some that don't require bolting down and can be moved around when empty. A few car shows on youtube use them and they seem to work out pretty well.
What a great space! You can bounce back and forth between builds as parts are collected, without having to move the projects constantly. The timing alone that you'll get back will be epic, and of course you said that as I was still watching it. Nice.
I personally think a move to a more business friendly state with lower cost of living is a smarter move but I also understand you and your crew have built lives there. I'm happy you have a larger shop now

Recommendation to keep one of the room as meeting room, best one is the room which has the door to shop.. Enterance area keep it as rest area, coffee & tea machine, TV, sofa, and some GYM equipment 2 or 3 and documentation "files". Future lifts from some sponsors and epoxy the floor.

Me and my dad have been using the harbor freight 20v half inch drive impact and the 20v cordless drill/driver. For going on 4 years now. The only thing about them do not get them any kind of wet. It won't survive. But for our general use around the garage the impact is a life saver. And completely worth it.
This is amazing, I think if you could really lean into the dirty-industrial-urban-chic look this can be a super unique and interesting place to shoot content.

You know the giant mystery space is for the raptor. Reasons: it's the most frequently used build in the fleet, its also a shop truck. Getting parts out of the back is probably going to be easier if the parts don't have as far to go.
