Hi! I have a great idea, if you want to experiment (I don't have the time). Combine poppy seeds (google their benefits) with pecans to make a healthy pastry in some form, possibly a muffin or a pie or a strudel. Perfect name for this blended concoction = Pop Can. Many moons ago, my mom bought a poppy seed pie with pecan bits mixed in--from our local grocery store. It was discontinued long ago. But I recall those 2 flavors complemented each other so well. Really tasty!
Now that is one healthy haul. Makes me wonder if having an antioxidant packed diet can ward off grey hair too? Or at least delay it a lot? I have noticed in pretty much everyone I've known that after 40 they seemed to slowly go more grey each year by 50 they was like at least 50% grey. Makes you wonder is that driven primarily by age or just a build up of oxidation over time because of poor lifestyle choices?
Very healthy n informative 😊 I had frozen bell peppers the other day with onions tomatoes n cucumbers on wrap with some mince garlic tomato paste salt pepper n sweet chilli sauce it was so good Brandon 😎I love ❤️ food 🥘

I love these videos - a guilty pleasure of mine is analyzing other people's carts. Brandon, you mentioned that garbanzo beans are good for combating grey hair. Do you do anything against hair greying? Your hair looks fantastic btw. with no grey hair in sight.
Glad you enjoy these types of videos! More to come :) I only use nutritional methods to try and prevent grey hair (increasing catalase, reducing homocysteine and inflammation, etc), and I don't dye it. I don't foresee myself using chemical hair dyes, either. Thank you for the compliment!

@@brandonmilesmay If you substitute "similar ingredients" for poppy seeds + pecans, you won't make a Pop Can, but a different marriage of flavors.

I think YT deleted my comment earlier 😕. Anyway, essentially I asked do you eat fermented foods or do you just use probiotics via supplements?
I do love fermented foods! But lately, I've been supplementing primarily with probiotic supplements.
