Great little video. I have just bought this machine today. I am a professional machinist with my own business, and have decided to branch out to include embroidery on my products. As I have never used an embroidery machine before I found this video very informative. I can't wait to set it up now. Keep up the good work guys! x
Good explanation. I would have liked you to say something about the type of thread though. Do you have to use a special thread or could you also use normal sewing thread?
@glokenblumeglockchen7789 Thank you for watching our video! Fot the threads used, you would use embroidery threads such as our thread found on our website: www.echidnasewing.com.au/thread/embroidery-thread/
@CourtneyMcGregor Hi there, here is a link to how to transfer the design via usb. A logo has to be digitized first and created into a PES file format: ruclips.net/video/-m_3xLpW0So/видео.html
@anderslarsen8546 We do not recommend embroidering on super thick towels as the embroidery becomes distorted and will not stitch properly. If you were to stitch onto thick towels, it would be recommended to stitch a knockdown stitch first to be under the design to reduce pile and thickness.
Hi Doanh, thank you for your message. There are a few things to consider when choosing a machine for you small business. For more information about how to pick the right machine for you please feel free to call us o 1800 00 036 and have a chat to one of friendly staff.
hello, I was wondering if you guys knew how to get my machine to run a tacking stitch outline of my design, is this something I'd have to create manually in my digitisation software? thank you!
Hi, thank you for your question. This machine has the added bonus of the Jump Thread Trimming Function, Wifi, can connect to the new Artspira App and Cloud, plus you can also use the Database transfer app (this allows you to send a design straight from your computer through the wifi).

Hello, do you have a video on how to change the different colours while the machine is going please?
@jenwood6962 With the changing of colours, the machine stops sewing ready for you to re thread the machine with the next colour.
Hey Gary, please could you do a follow up video on how to upload a logo design onto this machine. It’s for a small business creating tshirts.

Hi thanks for the vid and comment
So PES file works on this specific machine Innov-is F540E?
Will this maschine embroider on thick towels up to 700 gsm.

Stitch quality is also excellent!!!
@petrinaude6032 It really is! Thank you for your feedback!
Hi. Is that an ideal machine for a small embroidery business?
It really depends on what you are trying to make. They are a great little machine, will do designs 5" x 7" and are an easy machine to use.

Read the warranty, if a home machine is used in a commercial environment it may void the warranty.
Thank you a very helpful video.
@sallysewing Glad it was helpful! Thank you for watching!
I'm completely new and a little confused. You added green thread but then printed in different colour without changing thread. How does this work?
@JadeAlway92 When the camera cut away, Gary rethreaded the machine to stitch out the design.
Thank you. Very helpfull!!
@trustgaming_shorts Glad it was helpful! Thank you for watching!

@cherryr9285 The F540 machine does not have a basting stitch - you would need software to create it for you.
@@EchidnaClub awesome thank you so much! I've learned to make one for myself using inkstitch!
@cherryr9285 That's awesome!
Great explanation Thank you.
You are welcome! Glad it was helpful :)
Hi what is the difference between this and f440e
