Very informative video & im so pleased because I have this machine & haven’t played with it yet as I am really naughty when it comes to reading manuals (and that’s with anything) I end up pressing loads of buttons to find out how something works & I know this machine warrants more of an effort on my part but I really haven’t got the patience to read it all (I know my flaws 😂🤣😂) so this video helps me immensely as it’s idiot proof! Thank you from the bottom of my heart & my machine thanks you too!! Lol 🤣😂🤣

I have a programme called 'Sewart' from Sands Computing. You can upload any .png file and it will produce a .pes file on your windows computer. Then just pop it onto a memory stick and plug into your embroidery machine's usb.

Sorry, Elizabeth, I’m not an expert, but I suppose thah you habe to buy models that are for the same frame size, and with the same extension .pes If you buy models that is what you need! If you want to create your own models or to addapt others (from other frame sizes or from other brands , you have to enter in the computer and create or convert in .pes format with an embroidery program. I hope it is helpful
I make my designs through Inkscape with the Inkstitch extension (explanation videos on youtube on how to install and use it) , then convert them into paths and save as a .pes
Danny Hughes hi Danny, unfortunately I didn’t but it just began working after some playing around I was testing on old garmet I did notice you must use the plastic bobbin that comes with the machine as I was using generic and they wouldn’t work at all!
Hi Julie, you can purchase a 5 x 12 hoop, which is positional, so you can get a longer design. These can be purchased on ebay etc, along with 4 x 4 and a tiny 2 x 1. Hope this helps.
plz tell me if while having upper thread tention problem how to get normalize the thread tention in needle as it is very tight during realise in needle and get cut off. plz reply as soon as possible
