It all started when, in order to promote the hat, people (mostly famous people) had to leave the sticker so they could do a proper advertisement, and people would know the brand. Stupid people concluded that that's the "new style". Insecure people wanted to use it also and had to come with a reason why when questioned. And that's why you have "reasons" to use it.

Weird same thing happened to me except it was just my homie keep askin If I seen it and how it was funny asf and at that it was newly aired and never really gave it a chance then I saw this skit and was bustin up and I was hooked ever since almost every single skit is so good it makes u actually laugh out loud even when ur watching it alone there’s maybe a hand few of skits that aren’t that funny but the other hundred n some are fukin gold

No they simply create parody peices which are caricatures of black stereotypes, inherently negative and very good at essentially ridiculing black American culture, or what they think black American culture is. They are both mixed race men who had white Middle class upbringings so the skin pigmentation is misleading.
Very talented men who didnt need to resort to this.
