Everyone starts at the same price (well, car model and age affect the initial price for everyone), bonuses go in five years up to 80% discount of the original prices, and only thing that can reduce your bonuses is if you have car crash and you are the guilty part and your insurance company has to pay the other party's damage.
Key plays the typical gum chewing/over confident/power hungry cop PERFECTLY.
His gum chewing game is strong. He's even got the gum chewing eyes.
