Hei! Navn min er Godwin og jeg elsker Norge. I've been learning the language for almost 8 months now 🥹 I've always loved dark nature. I love the silhouette effect the building and poles and trees have on the dark blue night. I've always loved the almost Christmas-like lights when everywhere is dark and cold (not really windy) and rainy. I've never been to Norway before and I've been hearing about winter depression a lot especially in places like Canada. Thank you for these beautiful videos, the dedication and the time you put into making videos and uploading them. Hyggelig og møte deg og ta vare 👋
@@dera_ng Oh wow what a nice comment to receive! Thank you very much and than you for lesrning norwegian and loving the country. I hope you get to visit one day🥰
you stay-because you love it here. The city, the weather, even autumn, the landscape. And in Germany as an example, the gloominess of November (and February) is nothing compared with the autumn you experience here in Bodø😀
1 advantage living in the North is, that we live with the weather, not complaining so much and handling it very well, even storm and snow🤩Ever driven to Rønvik in December? It's like coming to America😀 That really cheer you up, often the houses are dressed up til the middle of February!
I understand some of your situation. It rains a lot around me starting in autumn and that's great for the plants but not for wanting to be outside. When it is cold and dark so much all I want to do is hibernate while I dream of summer.
@@wandersilly I live in Oregon, where it's not cold enough to snow usually, but I wear extra clothes to stay warm. My body just doesn't like extremes. Your climate would be a challenge for me. Maybe if I'd grown up in it then it would feel different.
There is no bad weather, humans invented clothes for every weather condition 🤣 I'm in norway too, just little more to the south of you. Our autumn is most a little more on the wet side, but enjoyable. I have more problems with the all light summers 24/7 no darkness disturbs my sleep a lot. Nice video 👍🤗
@@Coercer2010 Haha the typical norwegian saying😂 But 24/7 light is much better than 24/7 darkness! No need to sleep at all during the summer😎 But I get it- and black out curtains don't even help. The light finds a way through no matter what haha
@@wandersilly yes! And would I need to be fluent in Norwegian to survive up there? Seriously though, this sounds like a crazy idea fit for RUclips haha

I can imagine that it's very tough to live in. But I would love to experience it.
@@sandcurves It's great to experience for a short while, but it is indeed tough when you have to live with it

@FlyingPurplePizzas Trust me, my body doesn't like the cold either! So it's not always about where you are born😅
