I understand the love/hate relationship thing. I feel like I know every square inch of my home town as I would walk a lot, especially when I was feeling down or just restless. There aren't any surprises left or places I don't have some kind of uncomfortable memory. I don't live there anymore and that works well for me, but I still feel a kind of fondness for the place. Life is funny that way. Having months of darkness would be a challenge for me, though. I guess we just learn to make the best of our circumstances wherever we end up. I could deal with the extra light, however. That was a wild book store. Were those books organized at all?
@@FlyingPurplePizzas It's weird how we can love and hate something at the same time. We love that everything seems familiar, yet we hate that everything is familiar and there is nothing new... weird. Oh yes the books were organized! He has every genre in all kinds of languages. Could barely walk in there the shop was so full of books
We visited Norway with Hurtigruten this year! Extremely beautiful country! Bodo passed also!.. If you would have the choice, what a city you'd prefer to live in (in Norway or may be in the world)???😉🙃😇
@@oxanadalzon How fun to hearbyou went wirh Hurtigruten! Did you do the whole lenght from bottom to top? Ohh that's a difficult question! I would say Bodø, Munich or Sydney haha😁😍
@@stylwowstylwow6353 Hello Germany😊 Oh yes there are lots of germans here to fish! Where in Germany are you from? Ich habe ein jahr in Deutschland gewohnt😊
@@wandersilly I live near Osnabrück, right next to the Netherlands. I was in Kristiansund this year, a very nice city and nice people no matter who you talk to. The national holiday was also interesting to see the parade in the tshirt and almost 28 degrees of sunshine. Just driving is annoying you just can't get ahead in Northern Norway, deer everywhere at night, etc. In which city did you live, did you like it in Germany? make a video, please ..
@stylwowstylwow6353 I'm happy you got to experience 17th of May! It's such a great day to be in Norway😍 I lived in Bielefeld- so quite close to you! and in München. And then one year in Netherlands afterwards haha.
@@wandersilly I haven't traveled higher than Kristiansund. On the way back we drove to Oslo at night, very exhausting. Fantastically beautiful during the day, the streets around Otta are the most beautiful I have ever seen. I was already in Bergen (Maasfjorden) and Molde. Always very happy with the weather and the arrival, every ferry catches every diversion mastered. I hope I can come back soon maybe catching a halibut with the Lofoten has so far been denied.
I live in Bodø and i highly recommeand you to move here because this is the best city in norway and we also have the best football team in Norway. So yeah MOVE HERE
Very nice 😮
@@malikkhalid6787 Thank you🥰

It's embarrasing that, after almost 40 years, I haven't visited Bodø, being Norwegian and all. Looks like an amazing city. Great video btw :)
