Fresh Nectarine Fro-Yo

I was planning on making a peach cobbler ice cream, but these turned out to be nectarines, so I made a tart, fresh yogurt instead. I added limes, ginger, rosemary, and kumquat. It turned out creamy and packed with flavor. The small amount of cream I added was perfect.
It initially looked like only half the pint mixed, but it actually functioned perfectly and was well mixed to the bottom. There was no need to blend the fruit before freezing.
