  • I used whole pistachios, Fairlife milk, monk fruit sweetener, cottage cheese, almond extract, dates, and a bit of vanilla and salt. I was concerned the pistachio flavor and color wouldn't be strong enough with just the nuts, but I was pleasantly surprised. It turned out exactly as I had hoped, with a sight olive-green hue (not fluorescent or neon) and a wholesome rich, nutty taste. It was luscious and creamy. The base was not super sweet, but it balanced well with the white chocolate chip mix-ins.

    I love your cremi recipe ideas. I, too, make a lot of experimental recipes. I don't really like the classic milk, protein powder, and pudding recipes.

      I'm glad others like to experiment too. It is fun, but I think I should start measuring to have more consistency.
