Max great job. Just need to find a 1 inch sealed bearing kit that works with a gen 1 gyro still for the mid school bikes. Any chance on asking suppliers if they make one. Might be a custom make for the old girls otherwise.👍

Stretched headtube=heatgun and 2 x big jubilee clips. Slowly warm the metal, slowly tighten the jubilee clips. Works every time. Just take your time. May need to be done over several periods over a few days / week.
Doesn't that compromise heat treatment and welds?

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!! I my problem was the extra spacer that came with my Haro Lineage 990 fork - when i removed that - my headset stopped the rockin motion!!!!
Mine was the opposite it needed a spacer and my problem was fixed
Can you guys do a vid on, making a beginner bike better, like upgrading parts, like taking a cult devotion and putting higher grade parts on it to make the bike better.

Mines an e-bike I got in the mail, and no matter what I do, the headset is still loose. Now I learned I can do permanent damage if I keep riding like this 😢. I kinda figured that anyway, but I wasn't sure. Time to take it apart again! This thing is driving me mad sitting in my living room
My axle was not in the middle, it was making my left crank spacers still not flushed so I loosen the right side and gotten hammer to make the axle straight
God damn head sets and fork caps stripping lol
