- I made this video for people who are NEW TO BMX and don't know what kind of tricks to try. I tried to pick things with low risk so that all of you can go out and try this stuff. Hopefully it helps some of you guys and let me know what you thought about it.

Exactly is a term meaning it is with absoluteness, or without discrepancy. Almost means nearly which leaves room for discrepancy. The terms conflict and shouldn't be used together. It would be like saying "I always never do this"

One of the best intro videos --- low risk, high difficulty, and focused on bike control skills. Becoming one with the bike leads to more and more tricks. Even an experienced rider should continue practicing these skills. 👍

Man.. I've been waiting forever for someone in BMX to talk about the Bump Jump. I love catching a nice hop off of a rock in the road or anything raised slightly from ground. They seem rare amongst the footage.

Other great thing to help you learn is just ride with talented riders if you have them. Whenever I ride with someone better than me I progress extremely quickly.

Thanks for promoting safety and starting off with some basic tricks. My 6 year old watches all the extreme bmx stuff and so I appreciate the "be safe first" and how crucial basic skills are. 👊

I had the same problem. Everything I am about to tell you will help a lot. (it did for me, at least) Put your seat up like 6 in or as high as it goes. this helps keep the bike under you. (you can lower it when you are more comfortable) Get a pair of gloves. Thank me later. If you have a trampoline, make a tramp bike. Words can't explain how much a tramp bike helps. If you dont have a trampoline, maybe take your wheels and cranks off and try them flat with your feet on each side. Feels dumb, but thats as close as you can get to the real thing. Once you are comfortable with the motion, find a flyout quarter and force yourself to throw them. It takes time
i always smack the crap out of my knee when i throw them i have to shift my feet on the pedals aaaalloot to get the bars past my knees ? i can pull up bar but it always feels like its going back into the ground too fast and it looks sketchy
do a video on how to set up your bike to suit your riding style.. position and width of the bars , seat height .. that sort of stuff
