Hi Aimee, your one of my favorite coaches I've recently found another coach who is teaching the same thing but in way that creates a easy swing by focusing on the weight shift by lifting both heels in the take away and down swing. I'm going to order your ball.

When my back was in a really bad shape, Dr. Corey had me swimming. It helped tremendously. 👍 I did mostly back stroke. Since that was the only stroke I could maintain my core engaged. But please keep in mind that my discs are probably not in the same condition as yours. So you should definitely discuss it with your doctor!

I know this there is sore back playable ( I have that but still can generate power !) Then there is sore back unplayable I've had that too I don't really know why there is a differance I just prayed and it got better to where power shots were doable but the science I don't know!
