    With Luka you just don't know what he will do. He can step back and shoot, go forward and score with a crazy flouter or pass for the alley-up, he can just dribble you out of balance to have a clean shoot or a no look pass to the other side of the field. The passing and the awareness of the court and all the players are on next level. Now imagine being a guy who have to defend him that day...

    a lot of the comments say he doesn't rely on athleticism, however he's so well balanced and structured in his moves it makes him look like slow motion matrix style.. I think he's showing a lot of athleticism here..

    • @barnabyssjones
      @barnabyssjones Год назад

      people have a hyperlimited definition of athleticism that basically just means “jump high and look attractive”. the definition people use is so meaningless that they can make the following kind of argument: “[insert name of top 5 player of a popular sport] isn’t athletic.” Messi isn’t athletic, Doncic isn’t athletic, etc. it’s literally insane. if an athlete is a person that performs athletics and athletics are a competitive activity that uses the body to a significant degree to accomplish a specific task,
      then how can some of the best people at the sport be unathletic. how can a person with absurd athletic results be unathletic? literally it’s about whether they think someone looks sexy. unironically. balance never counts, endurance never counts, coordination never counts, vision never counts, reflexes sometimes count and strength sometimes count. only jump high run fast always count. who knows why

    • @Guinea54
      @Guinea54 Год назад

      @@barnabyssjones I don't know if it's about attractiveness although maybe that plays a part if someone is muscular or whatever. I think they mean it in terms of how fast and fluid someone moves. I think speed is the key factor. Someone like Michael Jordan would be the pinnacle of athleticism. Can jump high, is very fast, has quick reflexes and quick bursts of energy.. To me it's just a different form of athleticism. This guy has it in a very well structured format that's super fluid.. He might not be as athletic as someone like Jordan, but he is certainly athletic to me.

That’s less than the .11% chance that a ball goes through the hoop and pops back out (I know you still get the point), I’m just letting you know it’s statistically imperceptible esp va someone taking 5-6 ft a game. It’s called a bell curve with a logarithmic acline. The only time that would not be considered around (within 5.6%) would be if a player takes less than 5 free throws a game. All these stats can be misleading, but basic statistical analysis will show how close 76% or 75.7 which rounds to 76% is the absolute definition of around 80% when taking more than 7 free throws a game. There are plenty of studies that prove this in astrophysics, engineering, even basic college math.

    Offensively, there is no arguing!
    He has an infinite amount of skills!
    However, to be one of the best of all time, he has to improve a lot in defense!
    In my opinion then he should lose at least 10kg and put on some muscles because it would help him in defense and, with a leaner physique, he would be really unstoppable!

    I firmly believe that Luka isnt only a future MVP... But a MULTIPLE TIME future MVP, Luka has been averaging bout' 28, 9 and 9 over the last 3 seasons, as a 23, 22 and 21 year old😶... This is a wild guess, but if we assume Luka's prime in gonna be around the age of 26 and last till' about age 32 at the earliest, then, by my reconing, i'd say that in that time frame, Luka is gonna average something like 36-38 ppg (potentialy even 40??), 10-12 rpg and 10-12 apg (could also be more)... Now, if THOSE numbers become reality, then there is no doubt in my mind that Luka will break the record for most regular season MVP's
