Thank you! What I love about your channel is the raw knowledge and research that’s clearly visible every time! Many magical/pagan channels lack this and try to make up with what I call esoteric bs, and you always show a historical and logical view. Thank you!
I would love you talking on the Visconti-Sforza more in depth! I’m working with Medieval Scapini for several years now and it was influenced by VS, so im definitely eager for more information on VS :) Thank you for the lovely video!
Hi, Scarlet! I have an interpretive question that maybe you'd be willing to help me with. I do a card-a-day pull every morning, using a different deck each month. This month I'm using the Halloween Tarot, and the wretched thing will ONLY yield imps (wands) cards, no matter how much or in what ways I shuffle every day. For the last 25 days, I've pulled a card from that suit 18 times! The deck was new, the wands/imps cards aren't marked in any way, and I've pulled every card in the suit except the 7 and the queen so far this month. I tend to read tarot on the assumption that the cards don't somehow "possess" knowledge, but that the reader uses the cards sort of like Rorschach blots: whatever you draw has the potential to yield meaning for you, and it's up to you to connect the dots between your life and the card. But it's hard not to feel like there's some kind of meaning here! Do you have any thoughts about how I should interpret this phenomenon? Many thanks!
I've chosen oracle cuz I love the freedom of the use of one's intuition however recently my spirits told me to be open to using tarot as well. I did find one deck tht called to me, it's not a beginner deck however I feel a connection to it so I know I'll be fine. I think both are great tools, I guess in my opinion neither is better then the other in regards to the messages received. For me it boils down to what spirit calls u to do. I plan to use oracle the majority of the time and incorporate tarot somewhere once I have fully learned it without the use to the book.

I just watched this video because I’m starting out with Tarot as well as educating myself on that and Paganism. I started with Tarot because of an eerie coincidence: I had been curious about Tarot and Druidry, then saw the Druid Craft Tarot in a little free library. I brought it home and started picking one card a day and reading about it. Is the Druid Craft Tarot a decent deck to start with? It seemed fortuitous that I found it as I was thinking about it; as if it were presenting itself to me.
I'm also a big fan of Tarot de Marseille. Though I personally think it's easier to begin with RWS and learn TdM later is it's a bit more complex and doesn't have narrative images for the Minor Arcana. :)
@@ScarletRavenswood Thanks for the answer dear. Though many do that because the RWS is popular, things could be more clear if someone wanted from the beginning to start with TdM. Don't you think?

Thank you so much. So interesting!
Thank you for your video Scarlet. It will help a lot of beginners, though the RWS has a lot of problems compared toTdM. Don't you think?
