@WithAStick AngryWhiteMan Ever read up on what the Vikings did? Not really nice people at all. How about the Mayans? Or the Aztecs? All pagans, all ruthlessly brutal.
I was the same way Elle! It just never fit, and I hated church. I studied Taoism for a long long time, but I now realize that was getting me prepared for my now Norse/Celtic bloodline and beliefs
I was a Christian for a long time, I never felt good enough and was always afraid. Now I feel great, and learning more everyday about my Norse gods and beliefs.
1) You love being outdoors - Yes! Yes! Yes! 2 ) You enjoy observing the seasons change - I love it and I really enjoy eating seasonally! 3) You believe there is a higher intelligence or force, but you are uncomfortable with the accepted notion of an all powerful, perfect God - Totally! I also think that every living thing on this planet is a piece of that "higher intelligence or force" making each of us divine. 4) You want a spirituality that embraces the sacred Masculine & the sacred Feminine - Yes, as a woman, honoring the sacred Feminine in addition to the sacred Masculine helps me to love and respect myself. 5) You have an interest in ancient civilizations - Yes, especially ancient Egypt and India! 6) You are uncomfortable with the excessive materialism in the world - Yes! The materialism and addiction to screens (phones, computers, VR) totally depress me.

I started researching paganism just randomly last night and it turns out I already always was one. I go for 10 hours walks in the snow outside the city, carve symbols on stones, observe nature and cycles very closely over a long period of time, love astronomy and ancient civilization, study trees/plants/fungi and the physical laws of our universe, learn the habits of local animals, I can interact a little bit better with wild animals than normal people, make sacred places in forests, have close cultural ties to the traditions of my ancestors, value exercise instead of sedentary lifestyle, I am hypnotized by the full moon, I go outside to participate in extreme weather, travel to extreme landscapes, respect the Atlantic Ocean and the Milky Way and have always had trouble explaining this to the people in the big city I live in

I have been forced to be a Christian since I was old enough to understand it. I have always been upset about not connecting to it like my sister. Now I am old enough to experiment with religion and I can find somthing that truly fits. Thank you
I've only just became an atheist a month ago. My family hates it but i was expecting a way worse reaction. I am forced to stay silent for my Gran's sake though i do tend to rant to her about the injustices in America.
Christianity fits Good obedient faithful Children of God!! 🙌🙌 Make the right choice & allow Jesus to sit cosily in the recesses of your sincere humble heart!! 😊🙌🙌
I've been a practicing Pagan since my mid teens (now 53) and you ticked every box and you're right there is so much more to Paganism and it is different for everyone. Being kind to every creature, the plants, the environment, appreciating the veil morning mist, the rumbling sounds of thunder and the sereness of evening sunsets, the foods we eat, the clothes we wear and the water we bathe in, it's not just about following a calendar and praying to the full moon, being a Pagan comes from the heart and from within your soul, it's inside you.
@Ave Maria I was told yesterday something similar. Couldn't help but think of all the burnings, rapes, judging, and how Our Lady of Guadalupe was forced on the indigenous or they'd face consequences. It wasn't pretty.
I've been obsessed with mythology since elementary school and don't feel comfortable with Christianity (just not for me) I really want to get into paganism but I'm not sure how to
Start with meditative yoga and be more logical than emotional in whatever you think or do in life. Selecting a deity and starting rituals is secondary in my opinion.
Read "Paganism: An Introduction to Earth-center Religions" and "The Path of Paganism: An Experience-Based Guide to Modern Pagan Practice". Both are helpful and really thought-provoking.
I am a Hindu and even Hinduism has a lot of nature-based aspects to it, given that it is one of the oldest religions and kind of flourished during the time other pagan religions flourished, nature is very much intertwined. I've always loved Paganism and I've been willing to learn more on paganism and incorporate more practises of it. Thank you for the video! Everything resonates and whatever you said forms just as much part of Hinduism! I love the connection here. Makes it feels like that everyone's one and we're all connected by nature.
@@anushka1257 Well Wicca is a religion that usually involves witchcraft but not always, it depends on the wiccan. There are different branches of Wicca, but most wiccans can agree that Wicca matures us spiritually, that nature is a sacred thing that should be taken care of and respected and that magick is a way of life, and not power. (There are those who seek Wicca for power, they're on the wrong path). There are various gods and goddesses though the general teaching is that all come from a single God and Goddess. For me personally the God and Goddess are present in everything and everyone, therefore, we're all connected and sacred beings not below nor above anyone or anything. Seeking a path of avoidance of harming others and showing kindness is a central teaching that most wiccans can also agree on, especially because our actions will have consequences. I feel Wicca to be a wonderful and enriching experience in my life and both Wicca and Hinduism are more similiar than one would think. 😉
I'm from a christian household and just recently started looking into other religeons cause christian isnt one i firmly believe and always had trouble with it. Paganism speaks the loudest I guess? I liked the 6 one about money and success. I've wanted to be a programmer most of the time cause money but recently a friend reminded me my love of archeology as a child and I drifted away from it because people kept telling me it wouldn't work. But now I'm looking more into it cause I love that type of stuff! Learning about our history, about different cultures and beliefs. Makes me feel more connected to the world I guess?
@@Personalization_IA Christianity never felt right to him/her. And pagans can praise nature all they want, that's a good thing. Our belief is that the divine and nature are not separate but part of each other.
Islam is the real religion pls just cross check it also... i converted to islam from Christianity and im happy.. La ilah illallah Muhammadur rasool Allah☝
I was raised Christian but felt so little was mentioned about nature. I've always felt DEEPLY connected to nature and when I felt stressed or overwhelmed in life I would walk the nature trails and stay quiet sitting next to a large gnarly tree (which I felt drawn to since felt had more wisdom) and listen for wisdom. Every time I'm in nature I listen close and connect for wisdom. Also I take my drum with me to the park close my eyes and play what I hear and what energy I feel. BTW...I did this on Spring Equinox 2021.😁
I'm a Christian but I'm not closed minded like so many of them and I think paganism and your celebrations are awesome. I think we should be seekers, be willing to learn about the beliefs of others instead of thinking we're right and others are wrong. The Church doesn't accept you, but I know Jesus would. I wish people would do a better job of loving unconditionally like Jesus did. I also love that Paganism respects women, it scares me how much sexism the Christian religion has. I'm sorry for those bigoted Christians who are making the people like me look bad. Blessed Be, keep being you :) 👍
If you’re going to be a Christian there’s is the one and only big God the most high. If you’re going to be a pagan. There is a bunch of gods. Who do you serve?
@@pepewujek4072 You don't serve. You stand with them for we are all beings of light and it is our job to do the work that gets us to love ourselves first. Why love ourselves? We are created in the image of God (and not physically but as her light), the universe, source...it's all the same so in loving ourselves we can love all. The Gods guide and they stand with us to be the best us.
This was a really relatable and refreshing look at Paganism. I love the simplicity of just you talking it out, no bells or whistles, no expensive "witchy" items you bought, no extra effects on the video. I've been looking for a deeper, more intellectual approach to this topic that doesn't just emphasize the aesthetically pleasing aspects of the craft. I wanted honesty and truth and you have provided that. Thank you so much! Will be watching more of your videos in the future! :)
I am 29 and been a Christian my whole life. Grew up in Oklahoma where Christian churches are literally on every corner. I’ve always felt guilty that I haven’t been good enough, always the pressure to be a better Christian and while I do believe it has good things in it, it hasn’t given me purpose or a true spiritual life. It’s just... so much that isn’t working but I’ve been afraid to even look anywhere else. My wife became Norse pagan earlier this year and she just jumped in full force. I feel after what I’m learning it’s time to have courage and give it a chance. Literally everything in this video resonated with me and gave me even more confidence that this is something I need to go for.
Richard King Force-fed Christianity as a child, and even then I knew it wasn’t the right path for me. “Quituated” Sunday school at 14, and finally found Wicca in college, when I met one in my dorm. Started studying, and it was as if all the missing pieces of a puzzle suddenly landed in my lap. I’ve been an Eclectic Wiccan for over 25 years, and my only problem is being a solitary due to living in a rural and VERY conservative Christian county! It gets pretty lonely after a while, and it makes raising kids who understand your path and see that it can be celebrated with others VERY hard!
Richard King I live in a “blue” state, but in a VERY “red” county! So it hasn’t been easy here either. However, I do have fun zinging the probies (probationary firefighters) at the firehouse where I’m a volunteer when some idiot tries to snark on my religion! But it’s hard to teach your kids that your religion is perfectly normal when you’re the only follower around.
Things that can be important when considering Paganism is having an open mind and heart. This 'tent' (see John Beckett's book) is huge and I think most / all of us have different views. So having an open heart and mind can allow you to learn people's beliefs without criticism. Another item that can be a flag that Paganism might be right for someone is the strong ability to question. Questioning the standard norms within religion (Judeo-Christian-Islamic) is healthy. If someone frequently has questions that aren't easily answered in their born-faith might find it in a Pagan spirituality or belief system.
You should read shiva he was biggest pagan, his works is shiva sahinta , read upnishads patanjali yog sutra Ayurveda rigveda. All this related to paganism
I've actually been drawn to paganism my whole life and never knew it. I always felt a strong connection to nature and the change of seasons. Awesome vid and very helpful.
Paganism is a beautiful and ancient religion that declined dramatically because it was not forced upon people for the benefits of mens power struggle and obsession with dominating each other. Paganism is pure and free and open to ones own interpretation of the religion, this makes the religion very unique to each individuals experience of it. the main and supreme dayety is nature and in particular the seasons and the celestial universe we observe with the sun moon and stars. I was born a christian but I always worshipped god through nature and I have a deep love and connection for the natural world. I hope to see an increase in the practice of Paganism because I think the world would be a more peaceful and cleaner place if people appreciated nature and all of its wonders.
I grew up with a druid/pagan dad. I spent most of my time in nature and have always felt so intuitive and in tune with trees, animals and Crystal's. I remember even being 8 and feeling so passionate about the song 'colours of the wind' when watching pocahontas. it's only now at 30 that paganism is really strongly calling to me. this video has made me feel so understood and connected, thank you ❤
Love this! Coming from a religion, that you do NOT resonate with to paganism, there needs to be some sort of healing being done. There are blogs, forums, videos, and social media groups dedicated to this change. It helps to fill yourself with some or all of them and then take what you can relate to your life! Blessed Be.
This is very sensible and I appreciate the work you put into it. It takes a lot of research, reflection, and humility to describe the variety and nuance surrounding this question with respect. Thank you. Edit: I’ve enjoyed several of your videos lately but this one got me to subscribe
George Sikes My totem spirit is a Tiger, and I’ve identified my daughters’ spirits as a Fox and an Owl. Still trying to figure out my husband’s though...I get the impression of a large cat, but it doesn’t want to/like to reveal itself. More meditation is clearly needed!
@Will KettleYarrow speaks as though religions never grow or evolve or branch out. Christianity today isn't practiced as it was in the first Century. Of course modern day Pagans and neo Pagans don't practice the same way it was practiced in ancient times. That doesn't make it any less valid. In some cases, it makes it even better!
I'm still trying to figure out my spirituality. I love nature and animals. I'm fascinated by sustainable, renewable energy and organic farming. I believe that modern society is depressing and has imposed too many unnecessary rules upon itself. And I am not entirely compatible with Judeo-Christian religions because I am not heterosexual.
I definitely get this Micah, as a gay man Christianity just isn't compatible with my life and I can't get behind a genocidal religion which has endlessly murdered people like myself. Luckily, Paganism is diverse and tends to be much more LGBT-friendly (excluding most Volkists) than most forms of Christianity. I'd recommend looking more into Paganism.
@@micahnightwolf "humanists" usually end up supporting desecration of nature to fit more people living in more antinatural conditions, because "if people is good, the more people the better". Bad bad.
I’ve always struggled figuring out what my “religious” views are. I can’t seem to find one deity to believe in. I’ve always just believed the Earth has given us life and we should respect her. Believing in a God is hard for me. So this in its own is a confusing aspect in labeling my viewpoint. This video has helped immensely.
Thank you for summarising a good understanding/ introduction! My mom is Wiccan, and I’ve always believed there to be a great Devine power/ energy, but never really thought much into it. My mom never pushed anything on me and allowed me to work it out for myself. Now thinking about it, there have been things happen in my life which I’m like “wow! That spiritual feeling was weird!” Now at 29, after recently having a few more very powerful spiritual feelings! I do believe that a pagan path is more suited to me and my life, which path exactly, I’m still working on. Thanks again for this video! Skål
In my spiritual path came from the understanding of life cycles and harvest cycles, understanding and reconnecting back to the nature and the earth, and to find the so many similarities of all mankind in order to break the cycles of bigotry and harm. Due to that i have a connection to both Celtic and Norse Pagans and sometimes directly Thor. Though I am more Agnostic and lean close to Unitarian Universalism but I am Christian. Maybe Laten Christianity is showing some.
A thing to note about pagan gods: I think the important thing to understand is not that they are imperfect (I'm not even sure what perfection means in the pagan worldview), but rather that they are beings who fall above you in nature's hierarchy. As such, it is your place to respect them, but never to judge them.
Wonderful video! I found paganism only yesterday, or rather learned what it really is- isn’t of just a condescending term. Specifically interested in ancient pagans and from female/male equality, lovers of nature and followers of seasons I feel like I’ve finally found my tribe. Even the Pagan diet is what I naturally follow! Thank you for this wonderful video that explains more of the things that might help one to be a comfortable Pagan.
Yours is definitely one perspective. I’ve considered myself Pagan and have studied its intricate avenues for over 50 years. In my view, the all inclusive Universal Energy, along with the connectiveness and balance of ALL within it, is the perfect Power. I’ve found Truth in all religions and believe that the primal root of all of them stems from that same power. Each one is just a different interpretation of that same power. None wrong or false or incorrect or better than another ....just different. Whatever fills and soothes one’s soul and brings one Peace....ultimately this then brings balance to one’s life and helps one blend into that universal energy.
I loved the way you shared this material. You are kind and thoughtful. My path is a bit crooked but I think christopagan fits me. I love all you had to say and will watch again and ponder this more. Thank you!
I must say this, Thank you so much for your wisdom! This is my second video from you! I finally came out and told my wife and some of my friends “I’m a Pagan” and yes! I did got judge, and I don't care! I feel free now! I didn't now what path to take. Norse or Celtic. Well, once again, you help me on that too!! Always and my whole life love Celtic!! But, I didn't know it! Till now! Once again, Thank you so much!! So much blessing to you and loved ones! 🙏🙏
I’m a pantheist (and possible animist) and I only recently realised that I might be pagan all along. I believe in a spiritual force that’s equivalent to energy in the universe, I see divinity in nature and that we’re all interconnected, and I’m certain that materialism/consumerism is what’s disconnecting us from nature and is separating us as social animals. There’s no “man for himself”, we look out for each other. I thought paganism was exclusively polytheistic, but it’s so much more.
Me too! I just started my pagan journey days ago because I didn't know that neopaganism is different from traditional paganism in the sense that it does mean being polytheistic. I too see the universe in the same way that you do, pantheism and some animistic traits (I believe everything has its own energy but I don't necessarily believe in the mysticism part of animism)! If I ever worked with gods and goddesses I would just see them as personifications of elements of the universe, nature and life that humans long try to understand. I don't necessarily believe the gods are true human-like powerful beings that look down on us. I see them as humanized elements of the universe, since it's easier to understand outwardly concepts when we humanize them and make them closer to what we know and perceive
I always felt a huge connection with nature but I always refused to bow down to a Christian god who oversees evil, judges everyone, yet does nothing to fix everything.
I grew up with catholic beliefs in my family but I never felt that I was catholic or Christian. After watching this video I realized that I've been pagan my entire life and I had no idea. Thank you so much for this. You have helped me discover a part of who I am.
Well when did Christianity started having Originality in their religion😂😂😂😂😂. Almost majority of the Culture in Christianity is nothing but Pagan Culture. Since Missionaries at that time unable to convert the European Villagers, hence they started Adopting the Pagan Culture so that they can easily Convert large Pagan People into Christianity.

Then why not Research Religion of Kushan Dynasty or Indo-Greek Dynasty. Because their Religion was actually Combination of Buddhism and Hellenism. (pagan)
All 6 of the things you described resonated with me in such a huge way! Your channel has been so informative and helpful for me on my journey into paganism.
1. Without a doubt. 2. Yes, although I believe this to just be an extenstion of the last question, if I'm honest. 3. This is the one where I struggle a bit. I am uncomfortable with the monotheistic notion of god, I'd even go so far as to call it authoritarian, but as far as whether or not a higher power exists, I'm still unsure. 4. Yes, it would be especially important for me to keep the sacred masculine and feminine equal in my practice because I identify as non-binary. I might even go looking for some genderless deities to worship, but I think sticking to a balance between masculine and feminine should be fine. 5. Yes, and I have been ever since elementary school. 6. Yeah. I don't necessarily think that materialism is inherently bad, but it's something that I've never understood, and I loathe the way capitalism teaches people to value it over human life. I'll definitely consider paganism if I find my current path of secularism to be lacking.
I agree with you, but I do not really believe in things I can't prove they're there. Also, there are much more genders than 2 and we shouldn't divide our culture by genders. it is not the religion's task to establish genders, right?
This video really helped my understanding of a complex web of beliefs. My personal belief is that all religion and spirituality began with Shamanism, which archeologists can verify as at least 30,000 years old. I also contend that central to everything is trance work particularly as it seem to be the reason for many rituals.
I just want to say thank you for this video, I have been having so much trouble trying to understand my own beliefs and try and put words to what I believe and this video really opens my eyes to a lot of things.
Heyyyy I live in the SouthWest desert. Actually, the high desert. We just got 3 inches of snow overnight and our temperatures often approach 0 in winter. Just FYI, desert doesn't mean high temperatures, it just denotes annual precipitation.
1- yes ever since i was little i have always loved the outdoors and always take the chances i can to get out there. 2- i think it is very peaceful to watch the seasons change, though i cant be outside for half of them. 3- yes i do, i have always believed and felt drawn to gods/goddesses and find qualities of myself in some of them. 4- YES YES YES YES YES YES YESSSSS 5- i like to learn about the growth, and how our beliefs have evolved. 6- yes, i try to connect and explore nature as much as i can, it brings me peace.
All 6 fit my perspective, plus the idea that everything is connected, sort of like the Circle of Life in “The Lion King,” but much deeper and more spiritually so. I’ve spent the last 25 years as an Eclectic Wiccan, and my only wish is that there were others where I live-celebrating Sabbats on your own gets hard at times, especially when you’re trying to raise children!
I feel for you man, it a knowing that's deep in you heart, children grow and that knowing gets richer because of it. Who knows who with or where you'll be in the future, have faith in what you know. Like attracts like. :)
Scarlet, very good video, very relaxing. Check on all 6. - 1. Being outdoors. 2. Observing nature, the change of Seasons & Holidays. 3. I've been drawn to the Anglo-Saxon, Norse Pantheon, they have been there for me, I also include beliefs like the fae, land spirits, Laars at the cross roads, & so on, from Britain & Ireland, however, the Pantheon I relate to is Anglo-Saxon, Norse. 4. Woden & Frigga are equal as well as women & men. 5. Yes I take a little neo of todays world & reconstruction & place things together too. 6. Getting back to basics & simple living. Suggestions? (AS FOR ME) Keeping a Journal, Book of Shadows, Common Place Book, or even a Grimoire. Paganism is not about HOLLYWOOD & special effects, it is about the natural cycle of things. Eucation & study is key. Keeping things clean is very important. Intention, is very important. Confidence, is very important. Protection, is very important. Bringing things into a persons life or into the lives of others, is very important. Paganism is a vehicle & should never be used for harm. Paganism is not a toy. My path is that of Britain, Ireland & New England: Celtic, Pict, Roman, Anglo-Saxon, Norse. Breathing, meditation, visualization, observation, an open window, fresh air, clean house, well made bed, healthy breakfast with tea, fruit, nuts, berries, grains & a SAFE walk in nature is a good way to heal & start the day. Happy to see kitty's getting better. Have a HappyDay! RD.
This is fascinating. A good video for me to get a general understanding what paganism is and the history behind it. I’ve been fairly agnostic for awhile, but couldn’t deny that there’s just something else out there I can feel it and always have. My grandmother owns land in northern WI and I always say the quote “I took to the woods to loose my mind and find my soul” thanks for the video! Definitely subscribed.
I remember going straight from Mormonism to paganism for like a year. but the stuff I was told growing up as Mormon was really hurting me. So I had to take a step back and really deconstruct my upbringing. I found a few channels on critical thinking Wich really helped me look at my upbringing and at other religions from a different point of view. I then found this one pagan RUclipsr who's actually freinds with alot of athiest RUclipsrs and ive just been learning about paganism and am realizing that because I jumped from Mormonism into paganism my Mormon upbringing prevented me from really understanding it untill now. I don't really believe in any gods or anything but I do think we are all connected in some way and that connecting with nature is really refreshing and I often feel this draw to the forest and get really depressed if I can't go on hikes for awhile. I've started to feel this really strong draw to learning about the celts, vikings and there mythology probably because that's who my ansesters were. I really feel drawn to Odin but see him more as a symbol rather than someone who actually existed. I can and do relate to every point you made tho Wich is probably why I still have a draw to paganism and if not practicing it at least learning about it.
Very interesting and hit the nail on the head for me. I have always had different thoughts about things then most people and never could figure some things out. I have a very dear wicca friend and we have had some talks and got me thinking about things and all six of these points are right on the mark for me. Have subscribed and looking forward to learning more.
I’ve always grown up Christian without much knowledge of being able to change and this video was really useful and all fits me perfectly thank you for helping me finding my beliefs
It's the right step for everyone and I strongly believe that seeing how we affect the world and in turn affects us. Even if people don't believe in it, symbolically take part in the practices is a reminder of what really matters. We've been too detached with nature and consequently we're destroying what's keeping us alive for wealth and comfort
Wow! You are describing my life to this point. I've tried a number of religions but none have fit ! I'm 72 yo. The outdoors has always felt like my home. I'm marooned in Jacksonville, FL and long to be living in the country. That was the plan until my wife developed cancer and passed in October 2016. My Scottish, English and German heritage calls me to the Celtic world view. Thank you for what you doin your videos, they are quite helpful!
Loving the outdoors: FUCK YEA i love everything nature, its amazing and we should embrace nature for what it has done for us. Also, i love and respect all animals and creatures, even plants. Theyre alive. Respect. enjoying observing the seasons change: Yes, its hard to embrace the colder seasons since i have SAD disorder, but i love it when it doesnt depress me. I love the subtle changes, as you put it. What i really enjoy is the weather, i fucking love rain, snow, storms, everything. I also kinda believe in reincarnation hehe. Believeing in a higher Intelligence, uncomfortable believing in a Christian god and ect: I guess, i dont really believe in gods, though i dont NOT believe in them. I like what the ancient gods reperstent. I mostly want to worship the life in everything, and nature. I believe our actions influence our place in this world, and beyond it. So basically yes The devine feminine/masculine: im nonbinary, so what i view gender as is very fluid. I dont think theres necessarily two, feminine/masculine. But a whole mix of things. Like two drops of ink dropped in water and how they mix, dilute, and and make their own colors. I love that. I think i want to build my own paganism, take the things i connect with, and transform them into something i enjoy and thrive in. Uncomfortable with excessive materialism: i think so, coming from a place of poverty, ive always viewed fast fashion, and wasting things as stupid. I want to honour the earth and treat it with respect. I want enough money to live comfortably, thats all i want and i dont need a bunch of money laying around just cause. Thanks, im really new to paganism, and i think i might be pagan. I love the flexibility of it, other religions are so strict and confiding, it disgusts me ngl. I, of course, respect peoples beliefs though.
Most religions wouldn’t even bother to ask “is it right for you?” They’d go straight to “this is why it’s right for you”
Not even that. They say "This is the only right way for you."
And this is why i love paganism
ha as long as you don't die here is hope and as long as there's hope there's possibility and as long as there's possibility you most promise to continue to live
Cathwulf, that's because truth is exclusive and singular: there can only be one truth, otherwise it would violate the law of non contradiction. Logically, it wouldn't matter if it 'fits in your life, or works for you', the truth is the truth.
@WithAStick AngryWhiteMan Ever read up on what the Vikings did? Not really nice people at all. How about the Mayans? Or the Aztecs? All pagans, all ruthlessly brutal.
I grew up christian, but have never felt connected to it. Everything you've said in this video fits me perfectly. Thank you so much
I think that we are a lot in this case. Leaving Christianity was an awakening for me. And I bet that it’s also the case for other.
I was the same way Elle! It just never fit, and I hated church. I studied Taoism for a long long time, but I now realize that was getting me prepared for my now Norse/Celtic bloodline and beliefs

1) You love being outdoors - Yes! Yes! Yes!
2 ) You enjoy observing the seasons change - I love it and I really enjoy eating seasonally!

I started researching paganism just randomly last night and it turns out I already always was one. I go for 10 hours walks in the snow outside the city, carve symbols on stones, observe nature and cycles very closely over a long period of time, love astronomy and ancient civilization, study trees/plants/fungi and the physical laws of our universe, learn the habits of local animals, I can interact a little bit better with wild animals than normal people, make sacred places in forests, have close cultural ties to the traditions of my ancestors, value exercise instead of sedentary lifestyle, I am hypnotized by the full moon, I go outside to participate in extreme weather, travel to extreme landscapes, respect the Atlantic Ocean and the Milky Way and have always had trouble explaining this to the people in the big city I live in
You certainly seem to be living the pagan life very well. 😉

@@jaxthewolf4572 That's witchcraft if I am not wrong? Wow what's that like?

Glad you enjoyed it! Welcome to the Pagan community :)

It's almost creepy how much this applies to me. Thank you for opening my eyes 🙂

good morning my pagan friends, sending good vibes to the community
Im 3 years late but thank you! I was really uncomfortable growing up in Christianity and im much happier now that i know there is other opportunities!

You're becoming one of my favorite youtubers the more I binge watch your videos.
Couldn't agree more
I always said i would rather bow to a pagan god or chinese spirit than God who is a genocidal maniach.

Eucation & study is key. Keeping things clean is very important. Intention, is very important. Confidence, is very important. Protection, is very important. Bringing things into a persons life or into the lives of others, is very important. Paganism is a vehicle & should never be used for harm. Paganism is not a toy.
Great video and BTW, nice job making that bed. Looks super comfy! LOL
Thanks :)
I’ve always grown up Christian without much knowledge of being able to change and this video was really useful and all fits me perfectly thank you for helping me finding my beliefs
Glad you liked the video! :)
Great video! I actually found it on the same day you did it! 😁😁
Actually this has highlighted the points for why I got into Norse/Asatru religion. Your a beautiful lady, blessed by the gods!
peganism = pure humility
monotheist religion = full of arogance while affirming they are full of humility
anyone else hears that smell ?
The Creator himself denies arrogance. This response is not coming from a pagan.
Thank you for sharing I thought I was alone on my journey

How'd it go?
@@HellBent_ they didnt care I still have to go to my original church cause the people there want me too
People who pretended to be fairies and make potions when they were a kid are now spiritual 😌
i was convinced i was a fairy for like 3 years when i was a kid🧍♀️
YOU DIDN'T NEED TO EXPOSE ME LIKE THAT kfnksnc

i've been considering being pagan for a few years now, this finally convinced me to try and make that change
Welcome to the Pagan community! :)
Best summation of the Craft I've ever heard.
**wave** from a fellow Chicago pagan.
Thank you so much for clarifying many things I was confused on and giving me more to think about..
So basically yes
The devine feminine/masculine: im nonbinary, so what i view gender as is very fluid.
Thank you for your videos, they are very helpful!
