You should let these guys know that caramel is simply sugar that has been cooked until it achieves the desired color, it's not an artificial sweetener. As sugar is heated it liquifies and then gets gradually darker and darker in color.
It's not just melted sugar - butter is used, too. 🙄
@@LittleBlueOwl318 Yeah, sorry, butter too, I forgot that one. But still a long way from the "artificial sweetener" they somehow thought was in it.
Would y'all please get Naveed some cheese popcorn because he love cheese.
_Mansoor...did you know, that here in the USA, movie theaters pipe the smell of the popcorn popping in the lobby of the theater, into the cinemas during the intermissions? The smell of popping corn with butter permeates the whole place and makes folks crave popcorn and then go buy some at the lobby! Subliminal advertising._
They need freshly popped tender white kernel popcorn mixed fresh with homemade warm caramel and roasted salty peanuts... not cold, hard, commercially processed Cracker Jack style stuff. Give them the best!
Fellas, take a cup of plain regular sugar. Put it in a cast iron pot over fire. Stir constantly. In 5 minutes you will see the sugar color change. In 10 minutes, the sugar turns into a colored liquid. That is called Carmel and has a light brown color. Pour over popcorn. It hardens as it dries. Or, you can add peanuts into the liquid, stir, pour it out on a flat surface and you have Peanut Brittle!👌👌👌
They need to try kettle corn.
I bet hot popcorn with seasoned salt would be a great thing to try.
Best of both worlds, caramel.popcorn and peanuts. Yum!
shehzad seems like a real cool mellow guy. i think it would really take a lot to make him mad..hes always so calm and seems to be at peace with the world.
Imagine living somewhere that caramel is still a mystery.
So sad.. especially when it's so easy to make. Maybe show them a clip on how it's made and then taste foods that have caramel in it.
@@creinicke1000 I wouldn't worry too much about it. They're clever enough to know how to use sophisticated weapons.
@@mickzammit6794Just like the united states.
Cracker Jacks is what I grew up with. Same thing and there was always a toy in the box.
A suggestion: try Kettle Corn; both sweet and salty.
m&m with popcorn is very good and popular in the usa especially while watching tv or movies
Fresh made is much better and you can be in control of your ingredients which makes it a healthier option. Caramel Popcorn is a treat like a candy bar would be and not intended to be a healthy snack. I love it but I am not fond of many of the premade caramel corn products on the market so I understand the one person not liking it. Some of them taste like the caramel is burned and the nuts taste rancid. I make mine with fresh popped corn, pecans and almonds and only around the holidays or special occasions I don't use corn syrup either.
It seems that they were trying store bought caramel corn. Personally, I have never had store bought caramel corn that didn't taste processed. Or the person that made the caramel didn't cook it to reach the right caramel stage at which time butter can be added to set the caramel.
When added to the popcorn, caramel shouldn't drench the popcorn because it cause the popcorn to lose fluffiness. It has to be drizzled on slowly while keeping the popcorn moving or shaking the popcorn.
It is a very simple snack but requires a bit of finesse. First few times I made it were disappointing. I practiced until I got it right but was no longer a fan of caramel popcorn because I only like it when it is perfect. But not enough for the tedious process.
If I want sweet popcorn, then homemade kettle corn is wonderful. And much easier for me to make without disappointment.
*When cooked slowly {you can use a little water if needed, to avoid burning the sugar}, over LOW heat and simmered, sugar becomes caramelized, thus the browned coloring. When dried, it creates a sweet coating of crunchy sweetness, which plays off salty things very well. You don't use artificial coloring or sweetening to make this, Naveed...you can make this at your own home.* ruclips.net/video/vIgF3tjwWP4/видео.html
Diamond roasted almonds.
many different flavors of popcorn and inc white cheddar. Id like to make butterscotch flavored for another
Weve long had boxes of cracker jacks thats caramel with peanuts im pretty sure?
Cheesy Popcorn!
How about cheddar or kettle corn.
I like popcorn with cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
Popcorn balls.
There are different types of popcorn they should try
Is this Cracker Jacks maybe?
Maybe salted caramel popcorn would have been better :)
Good for you. Reject processed foods!
A way that caramel corn is often sold is mixed 50/50 with cheese popcorn. All caramel corn by itself is far too sweet in my opinion. It is definitely not for everyone.
I hope one day we won't have to witness the villager's reaction to having diabetes with all the sugary foods they've been eating lately.
But its delicious. Its just butter and sugar. What what processed!?!? Youre confused
Yeah it's still not too good for your health. I can't eat it now due to diabetes, but I sure enjoyed watching them eat it!💕
Too bad they didn't enjoy it. Caramel corn is one of the most natural candies around. Mostly just corn and sugar. No artificial anything.
Oh no, they do not like caramel...
If it's no good for him then why pray tell is he eating it?
But please do provide buttered, salted popcorn whenever watching movies. It's hard to watch anyone suffering without popcorn at a movie.
