- The third eye (also called the mind's eye) is a mystical and esoteric concept of a speculative invisible eye, usually depicted as located on the forehead, which provides perception beyond ordinary sight.[1]
In Dharmic spiritual traditions (Hinduism) from Nepal and India, the third eye refers to the Ajna (or brow) chakra.[2] The third eye refers to the gate that leads to the inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness. In spirituality, the third eye often symbolizes a state of enlightenment or the evocation of mental images having deeply personal spiritual, or psychological significance. The third eye is often associated with religious visions, the ability to observe chakras and auras,[3] and out-of-body experiences.
In Hinduism and Buddhism, the third eye is said to be located around the middle of the forehead, slightly above the junction of the eyebrows, representing the enlightenment one achieves through meditation.[4][5] Hindus also place a "tilaka" between the eyebrows as a representation of the third eye,[6] Buddhists regard the third eye as the "eye of consciousness," representing the vantage point from which enlightenment beyond one's physical sight is achieved.[4]
In Taoism and many traditional Chinese religious sects, "third eye training" involves focusing attention on the point between the eyebrows with the eyes closed and while the body is in various qigong postures. The goal of this training is to allow students to tune into the correct "vibration" of the universe and gain a solid foundation on which to reach a more advanced meditative state. Taoism teaches that the third eye, also called the mind's eye, is situated between the two physical eyes and expands up to the middle of the forehead when opened. Taoism asserts that the third eye is one of the main energy centers of the body located at the sixth Chakra, forming a part of the main meridian, the line separating the left and right hemispheres of the body.[7]
According to the Christian teaching of Father Richard Rohr, the concept of the third eye is a metaphor for non-dualistic thinking, the way the mystics see. In Rohr's concept, mystics employ the first eye (sensory input such as sight) and the second eye (the eye of reason, meditation, and reflection), "but they know not to confuse knowledge with depth, or mere correct information with the transformation of consciousness itself. The mystical gaze builds upon the first two eyes-and yet goes further."[8]
Adherents of H. P. Blavatsky have suggested that the third eye is, in fact, the partially dormant pineal gland, which resides between the two hemispheres of the brain.[9] According to this belief, humans had in far ancient times an actual third eye in the back of the head with a physical and spiritual function. I have been listening regularly for about two weeks now and I have noticed a calmness settle over me. My husband has noticed as well. I have not been raising my voice or arguing, I'm less flustered. Meditating to this sound makes me feel good.
Thats meditation. What ever path you meed to get affects, it all comes to the same. You should try every night to astral project. I started as a kid read a book that changed my life “adventures beyond the body” by a physicist. After few nights you start. I did it to experiment. Example, pick a smell i did not know, or a taste i never had. Do it in the astral then compare in the real world. Again, changed my entire life. 😉

Hi Anthony, I am here absolutely by coincidence, I like to try out new "frequency-audios" from time to time. So I came across a lot of similar YT videos in the last 10/12 years. I don't want to claim, that you copied something on purpose, or that it is the exact same audio, I am sure that you work conscientious, but for me it is also a ultra-strong familiar feeling and I am now 100% sure I heard a pretty close one, with this exact atmosphere and frequencies.
But it may be a strange coincidence, the universe is infinite ans the Internet is filled with more than one person can ever grasp.
I write this for you, so you won't have to feel bad for the comments, it sound very very similar. I could look it up, I have it somewhere in my playlist, but this in one of my manymanymany playlists and I already spent much more time writing you this than I planned haha.

Hello Anthony, this was absolutely magnificent. Even though I'm a 62 year old white male in the UK, I've been an avid follower of Hinduism for quite a few years. I take most of my inspiration from Sadhguru and Gurudev.
There have been moments in my mediative state where I've seen past the physical existence, for a couple of brief seconds I saw everything, I knew everything and then it disappeared. At least now I can say that I know what I don't know.
This physical world is an illusion but not in the common use if the term, it is physically real solid matter but it's not the greater reality, if that makes sense.

For what it's worth, I wanted to share my "self discovered" technique that works well for me. When you try to "leave" think about the body parts you can feel, example fingers against one another, your lips touching one another etc., and concentrate your thoughts on taking the feeling away. I know it sounds strange but with a little practice you'll find it is very easy to "separate" yourself. This track has helped immensely btw.

I saw a bunch of white sponging dots and a big cluster of the dots in the middle. And then suddenly the cluster dropped into the abyss. And I knew that the white dots in the cluster represented bad thoughts and negative energy that have been parasitic to me. And when I was left with the spaced out dots I could feel a sense of joy and peace rush over me. I felt like I let go of some real negative energy. Thank you.

My words might not be happy for a few. But here we go; My connection with the spirit realm is only since 6 yrs. Though what got me here was quite an experience and would actually put your worst horror film to shame! That aside I will now quantify the reasoning and potential results associated with Binaural Beats!
