This demake is amazing but there's something hilarious about the orbital elevator that gets hyped up for the whole game just breaking down not even a quarter of the way up to space.
Level pacing is dragging a lot. Would have been better if shorter/less obnoxious. Even the player went from carefully navigating it to rushing the second half.
My main problem is the actual elevator segments are nowhere near as high speed and intense as the original. I'm all for the extra sections but this basically feels like a mild step up from Boomer Kuwanger.
Awesome gameplay bro How can you play this game? What is the game on a computer or console? Can you play this demake on a normal computer like I don't know a Chromebook?
Hey friend, I wanted to know if there will be a Mega Man ZX3 or Mega Man X, and who is going to build Mega Man X9. We need to have a gaming computer with Windows 11.
I tried this game out. Not very good. The music and graphics are nice, but the level design is horrible. You're way underpowered at the start. If you lose all your lives you have to redo the entire stage and there's no way to know what the bosses are going to do without dying a whole lot. No directional aiming or shields added. Sometimes traditions are better left in the past. I hope the developer continues to work on this as it has some potential.
Game is more polished now after some bug fixing. But as you said, early level is very punishing as plain X. But still, nothing beats the good'ol classic formula of riding mecha to bonk Bamboo boss to start off. Then when it gets difficult, just crank CE up and turn the game to x0.5 speed.

Jakob reimagining kinda goated. Game already took cool liberties and it did get you thinking your special weapons
it pretty much mogs X8 already, now imagine if you had zero and axl
The sound mixing is catastrophic.
i really love the way they remade Jakob elevator, narrow corridors made the Flame's charged attack so much more fun !

so the game now is complete !
Nice playing on a level with obnoxious enemy placement. Bummed that this isn't at all like the original Jakob stage.
I mean, I like how there's an actual stage here this time
So...the elevator simulator?
"actual stage" this remake bringing most annoying people Jesus Christ, X8 stage was better than this, just cope

The enemy placement is not obnoxious when you actually use the weapons
Awesome gameplay bro

It's PC only, and I wouldn't recommend using a device as weak as a chromebook.
It's a fangame dude.

This is a lot different compared to original level but I still love the music

Even though this is a demake for me is not a real game.
