This bacteria in your stomach I don't even wish for my enemies to go thru it. It made me feel 😌 😢 😪 I didn't have a life. @@pedjavukmirovic6770 are you on treatment? I'm sorry 😞 for what you going through if you get right antibiotics for 2 weeks you will be ok I was OK after my 2 weeks antibiotics therapy. Please don't spike the medication drink lot of water when talking the antibiotics. It's unfortunate the bacteria gave you ulcer and gastric they did endoscopy on me after the antibiotics and I had no ulcer and no gastric. Good luck. Feel better.

I have had this for years and I always thought it was heartburn or just how it was like for everyone. I got tested last week and I tested positive for this, I'm excited to get my life back and for this pain to finally be gone. It felt like a sharp pain through my chest to my back, it drove me crazy the times it happened, can't think straight, can't enjoy the simple things in life. Here's what they do not tell patients after taking this HEAVY dose of antibiotics. You MUST replace the good bacteria immediately after taking the antibiotics (avoid taking over the counter medications because they may interact with the antibiotics and make it less effective). The job of the antibiotics is to kill ALL bacteria (good/bad) and unfortunately it takes a toll on the body. Therefore, diet is key for the next 3-4 weeks after treatment. Plant-based meals, salmon, sardines, protein, probiotics, water, rest/sleep and healthy meal choices can help you to recover faster. I am a nurse and I realized why the first treatment did not work. Had it in 2008 tested through blood test. Was given H. Pylori kit which is 3 in 1 clarithromycin, omeprazol and amoxycilin. 42 tablets for seven days. Got completely healed.

I suffer terribly from a constant burning stomach - I had an endoscopy a few months ago and was told I had a few ulcers in my stomach and one in my esophagus - I was given a prescription for meds but my symptoms have only gotten worse and I have lost a lot of weight since - close to 8 pounds though I have not changed my lifestyle at all and I am probably earing even more now as my stomach feels better after I eat ......I wake up every single night around 3am to a burning abdomen....this ruins my day and is wreaking havoc in my life......I went back to my GI and he told me I would just have to learn to live with the discomfort - he really pissed me off - After watching this video, I am going back to my GI and demanding a test for H pylori bacteria....I simply can't function anymore due to this problem - extremely annoying and uncomfortable!!! That is ridiculous that the doctor said to live with it. My son just had surgery to remove an egg sized tumor from his stomach. Get a second option for real.

@@drewcunningham2 hi there, ask your Dr to test you for pylori h as that is what causes the ulcers. The Dr usually treats pylori h and then any ulcers should get better. The Dr's aren't very useful regarding this. I lost 4 stone in weight because of it.

They removed an egg sized tumor from him, now he’s on liquids for the next three months. I really wish you well and they don’t find anything real serious. He ended up having pylori h.
@arrested image , i had exact same symptom of getting up at 3-4am with severe pain which sometimes last for 2 hours. Endoscopy came positive for this bacteria. Currently under medication. I think you should do your pylori diagnosis done as well.

I been suffering from this bacteria for over 7 years. Had taken antibiotics, nothing worked. I became resistant to metronidazole due to the fact I was given antibiotics for 7 days and not over 10 days. I’m constantly vomiting, bloated and nausea. Some days I’m good other days I feel like death. I was referred to a specialist and now I’m waiting on my new antibiotics which are bismuth+ metronidazole + tetracycline + PPI for 10 days. @@daveadam9622 blended raw Broccoli, cabbage helped me. I used to blend both of them and drink it first thing in the morning. I was drinkings camomile tea 2 to 3 times daily. I takes 4 spoons of Geek yoghurt before going to bed to promote good bacteria. I did the above for about 4 weeks and my test came negative thereafter.

I had this for two years and didn’t know it. I would get sick every time I start eating, and have diarrhea. I would drink teas that would settle the stomach and that was a temporary fix. Finally I went to. GI doctor. He did a endoscopy and figured it out. I’m currently on 1000mg of Amoxicillin 2X a day. I’m big on natural body cleansing, and after I finish the Amoxicillin I will do a parasite cleanse. I found out that Black walnut & wormwood tincture and clove tinctures kills this parasite. I will do this cleanse once year for the rest of my life. I am not dealing with the h-pylori parasite ever again.

Thank goodness that I went to a medical professional that is treating me for gastric issues at the moment. She is referring me to a gastric specialist that will see if I have this condition soon. In the meantime, I'm getting treatment for general issues in this regard at the moment. Since I had a cyst removal 13 years ago, that wound up being a botched surgery as well, I've had problems.

I don't know for sure, though. 😋 My weight has kind of normalized (I grew up naturally thin, and I've actually struggled with weight in my adult years). I took Sucralfate for what 2 doctors thought were ulcers but think it may be this as I still have symptoms. Waiting to see a specialist. Looks like common antibiotics can help. I'll find out soon.

I also have been reading the comments for people’s feedback. today I went to have the Urea breath test for the second time, Because My last test, the results came back as indeterminate, So I have to do it again the UBT (Urea Breath Test) as suggested by My doctor. My symptoms are stomach pain, abdomen, heart burn and diarrhea. I'm surprised there are no vaccines 💉 💉 for H. pylori (Helicobacter pylori) like they have for the Flu, COVID-19 🦠 and other viruses and diseases.
Vaccines are for viruses. Antibiotics are for bacterias.
Do stool Antigen test for H.pylori for better results.

@@onyinyenwokolo7124 yes! mine is gone now after treatment but I still have the burning feeling when I eat acidic foods but that can be managed by taking acid suppressant tablets before you eat anything please ask your doctor more. the burning is due to inflammation caused by the disease it’s nothing to worry about actually the healing process will take months for you to be yourself again.
I was diagnosed with this a few months ago. It sucked! I ended up getting an endoscopy and colonoscopy and that’s how they found out. Antibiotics cleared it up and I stopped eating raw oysters. Haven’t had much issues since.
Do u think meds can really cure it my kids have it but i was not doing good on meds and was taken off of them one of my children had a month of treatment she still as it and is not doing great her oldest baby is still suffering my youngest as it to now scared for him

@@Pantherlynn any updates? Did you have any reactions to the meds? Meds usually cure it because they give you two different types in case they resist one of them. Also look into your diet. It’s best not to eat any undercooked or raw foods from what I found.
What antibiotics did you take?
@@mrmb6235 I believe it was clarithromycin, metronidazole, and amoxicillin. I had to take them for 2-3 weeks.

I took a course of antibiotics for the same infection about three years ago. I finished the entire course of tablets completely. But despite that, the stomach ulcers returned about 6 months later.
Next they wanted to send me to hospital to give me a CAT scan and stick a camera down my throat.
I thought, 'sod that. I am not going through with it.' Three years later I am still here, I still have the 'ulcers' but I am still an avid foodie.
If I can't be cured I would rather not be pulled around. To hell with the hospital! I can't be bothered with it.
I would rather die in my own bed but have a quality life beforehand.

I tested positive today by blood test also sonography showed excessive gas. I had saline and two dose of injections, antibiotics and something with it in saline to dry up the infection for fast effects.
With a full one month course of liquids and tablet. I'll update my journey so people can get little help. From my side.

ive had this just recently , admitted to hospital for 8 days with gallbladder-pancreatis, gastritis, large ulcer, 2x3 cm. i was very sick. took anoth 2 wks before i was feeling better. i had MRI, CT Scan, 2 ? tummy scopes, due to brain fog, b12 deficiency cant remember name. i think infection could be back due to tummy pain.

Got diagnosed with this today (through a stool sample) and got prescribed antibiotics (Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin)
3 weeks ago I started to get really boated after everything I ate or drank.
Then my stomach felt really heavy and swollen even when I hadn't eaten anything.
Then 2 weeks ago I had a constant pain in my stomach (about an inch below my navel) which prompted me to go to the doctors.

I guess I have had H Pylori for nearly four years. At first, I was misdiagnosed and had many other blood tests including heart and lung scans. I was eventually diagnosed about one year ago with H pylori. My first course of treatment consisting of two antibiotics and 20mg of PPI for 10 days failed. I’m about to start my second course, however this time I have been prescribed three types of antibiotic and 80mg of PPI for two weeks. I hope this time the meds clear the infection.

The PPI is used because it makes the antibiotic work better , it's not really yo reduce the discomfort of heartburn, whichbis why its only prescribed for 2 weeks with the antibiotic

Is HPylori infection related to IBS? I took triple therapy for H.Pylori 1 year back. But i am suffering from frequent bowel movements and stomach pain and burning. Sometimes one whole week I have zero appetite and then it becomes normal. Also suffering from chronic alopecia after this. Could it be related?
You can increase appetite by increasing physical exercise. And for alopecia you need to consult a dermatologist
When I was sick nobody even thought to look for ulcers for 4 months until they perforated and hemorrhaged rapidly. I had to have blood transfusions on 3 occasions. My hair started falling out pretty rapidly, and stayed gone for a while, then it stopped and it grew back just like it was before I was sick. My doctor said that it could've been the shock of the blood loss, or blood transfusions, or just being really super sick. I had lost 70 pounds in the 4 months it took to find out why I was vomiting everything I swallowed, and that grew back too.

Can you explain how effective each test is? What is the percent accuracy of endoscope test vs a breath or blood test? Seems to me that it is much easier to be the breath test than to go through all the trouble of having an endoscopy.
The breath test is how I found out . It was quick and easy and I got my results back in 24 hrs

Don’t waist your time with breath test gives a false negative results, sometimes even blood work and endoscopy is negative. I had it for five year did the test necessary and it kept coming back negative 🤷♀️ until finally three endoscopy later got a positive result. It was such misery during those years it changed my entire life . The treatment was hell for me ( prevpack, mastic gum and other stuff made me feel worst . Had the craziest symptoms. My body has never been the same after H Polory infection.
