- Let's get strong!! This is a fun full-body workout with a no-repeat structure, pulse finishers, and an abs round to strengthen your core! In only 30 minutes, we will work through 18 exercises, 14 for the upper and lower and 4 ab focused exercises to increase muscular definition and strength and improve endurance! The training session will be tough but effective as we train through the full range and then pulse finishers.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 25lbs / 4.5 to 11kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy!

Such a challenging workout - loved every minute of it! My tip for fellow viewers is to prioritize rest and recovery. Make sure to get enough sleep, stay hydrated, and fuel your body with nutritious foods to support muscle repair and growth.

Whew, the Push-ups always get me, but I got them done. I love-dislike squats, but today squats worked for me. My daughter tells me I must be able to get up off the floor unassisted. Well, I showed her how I do it. My adult kids are watching me. Scary, lol! Kaleigh, working strength with you allows me to stay young and strong. My daughter is coming this afternoon and I want to see her get up off the floor. She doesn't know this, but I'm watching her too, lol. Thank you Kaleigh❤😂❤

Week 7 - B & B THRIVE - Day 46 - Done. Intense workout! Loved it! Playlist 🔥🔥🔥 Shape, definition and striation is the desired focus now. Always towards the end when Kaleigh’s trying to finish!🤣The suspense…When Stella moved, the event was about to begin!
