Jordyn routine suits her so well. The music is simply, Jordyn. I have watched this routine so many times, I'm starting to dance along with it. I love Jordyn Wieber, and I know she will take home the gold.
Very graceful. Amazing to watch. I am so proud of our Olympic team. They will represent us well. Jordyn is so talented and beautiful! Do your thing, girl! Congratulations!
She is so amazing! Her floor routines are my favorite! The music goes with her personality and whatever trick, a double pike, layout, whatever, she lands it, nails it, spot on! Go for the gold Jordyn!!!! :D Good luck at London! :)
I LOVE THIS ROUTINE!!!!!!!!! Yes, she's American, but this routine is very artistic in an energetic, American way. I love the new upgrades!!!!!! Jordyn Wieber deserved to be in the Olympics!!!!!!!!!!
Very clean. She may not have the balletic lines of Komova, but she is way more expressive and really makes me enjoy watching her. That's what I think of as artistic.
Gotta watch this again! I realize that the Chinese coach in the background liking Jordyn Fx routine! That's pretty cool having another country's coach watching and liking what you do. I'm sure that's such a good feeling! ^ ^
@helo1297 The stag leap is why her legs are separated, she's preparing for the leap. She didn't have that problem before she added the leap. Watch her old FX routines she has really nice form on her triple. I think she should get rid of the stag leap. I guess it keeps you from getting a landing deduction.
@MrJST94 Jordyn scored 14.766 at worlds and that was a step out of bounds. Plus, she added two leaps out of her tumbling passes, so no landing deductions and she stuck her final pass.
Her foot makes it 2.75 times around before it drops, she completed it fully at American Cup and Worlds. They did the same thing giving her full credit for it at the 2011 American Cup when it wasn't complete there either.
I agree, Jordyn's 2010 routine was not even close to artistic but this one is great. The music suits her and she sells it well. I'm wondering if she's planning to keep this for the Olympics, although I'm not a fan of repetition I hope she does cause I don't think she could get a routine better than this. (If she could get a better one I'd be even more happy)
Actually, 14.700 - 14.800 was the scoring range for Jordyn at the 2011 World Championships when she stepped out of bounds (Team Finals and All-Around), and when she had huge steps on her landings (FX Event Finals). So, in retrospect, this was undoubtedly a better routine than what she did at the Worlds. She didn't incur enough deductions in landings for it score in the 14.700 - 14.800 range, so the scoring was fair.
Jordyn scored 14.766 at worlds and that was with a step out of bounds. Plus, she added two leaps out of her tumbling passes, so no landing deductions and she stuck her final pass. That's the under .4 tenths difference in her score.
15.125 hahaha, during the Olympics she got 15.0 as higher stucking everything and doing a NICE triple turn.... if this is not overscored what is it then?
This is late but this routine starts out of a 6.1 when at the olympics it started out of 6.0. The third leap she did at the olympics was horendous, the one here is better. That could be the difference in scores
I feel like this was her peak performance time instead of the Olympics. If she did this exact routine then, she would have taken bronze at the floor final.
If you mean Shawn Johnson, then no she didn't. She not only wasn't named for this team, but also the 2012 Jesolo Trophy competition as well. Personally, I think this should be a good opportunity for her to do some World Cup tournaments (between now and London) to get some kind of recognition from Martha, because now I'm starting to worry that she may not even make the Olympic team.
It's too bad that she got burned out after the TF. I was hoping that she would challenge for a medal in the floor final, but she just seemed to be a bit tapped out. It was a bit surprising seeing her struggle so much. I've never seen her be so half-hearted.
She had just as much of a chance as everyone else, but she couldn't hit. Actually I was kind of glad that she didn't make the AA. It was nice for a change to see Aly shine even though she didn't have a great AA competition.
Lol you really brightened up my day with your "rejoice and look at the ceiling moments" comment XD Really made me laugh - thanks! Oh and I agree with you :)
i have a question, if anyone can help me out. why is it that shawn johnson and nastia liukin's scores were so much higher back in 2008 than these girls in 2012? were they just better gymnasts, or did the way they judge or something change?
does anyone know what the move a 1:35 is called? its really cool! and i love jordan!!! although i am sad that shawn johnson retired.. :( but i still love jordan
its going to be so close. Don't count out Mai from Japan or Lordache, or Gabby, or Ross, or well there are so many possibilities. I praying by the grace of God Pavlova can put together a bars routine lol...gotta have faith lol.
why? in the all around at tokyo she received a 14.8 but in tokyo she stepped out of bounds which she didn't here + .1 she also didn't have the ginourmous step out of bounds that she did in tokyo + .3 then she added the leap out of the triple twist + .1 14.8 + .1 + .3 +.1 = 15.3 but then the step on the double double was probably .3 so that comes to 15.1
Can anyone explain how this got a 6.1 D score on the official results? I'm getting 5.9 by devaluing her attempted stag jump connection, her triple turn to double, and her Gogean to a split 1/1...none of those should have been credited fully.
I guess putting a jump after the 5/2 was better than the layout. She has much less of a chance of going out of bounds, which happened more than once at worlds. That particular jump is good, but the one after the triple...but if she did a punch front after the triple...now that would be a cool pass!
Next time someone says Jordyn didn't deserve her 2011 AA gold medal I'm punching them in the eye socket.
That fight to not go out of bounds after the double double was amazing! Absolutely phenomenal!
Jordyn routine suits her so well. The music is simply, Jordyn. I have watched this routine so many times, I'm starting to dance along with it. I love Jordyn Wieber, and I know she will take home the gold.
I love this routine and the way she is so in tune with the music
Jordyn and Aly chose great songs, not only are they both amazing but the songs get you even more into their routines!
Just amazing performance plus Ruslana's music as background - it really worked!!!
I miss her.
I LOVE THIS ROUTINE!!!!!!!!! Yes, she's American, but this routine is very artistic in an energetic, American way. I love the new upgrades!!!!!! Jordyn Wieber deserved to be in the Olympics!!!!!!!!!!
listen to those cheers of the public, oh my Gosh, what an emotion, that was amazing! Jordyn is so fantastic, a flawless routine!!!!
Her routine is my favorite.
That was FLAWLESS love you Jordyn! Hope to see you at the next Olympics!!!
I love Jordyn and this floor routine!
I love her FX. She actually dances to the beat and I don't find myself distracted by anything except how fun it is and how great her landings are.
O.M.G that routine is amazing! Good Job Jordyn!
Jordyn is the embodiment of feminine beauty and grace.
i miss this generation. i hope jo is still working towards a comeback
Jordyn wieber your the best gymnast ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really a highlight for Wieber. A truly mesmerizing routine!
I love everyone who was cheering for her it was so amazing!
Cant believe I witnessed this, LIVE. What a great weekend.
i love how all the athletes are watching her
I so wish she would have made the all around...it still sucks. she has so much talent and deserved a chance along with aly AND gabby.
she makes all of her tumbling look so effort less and i love it!
I loved it! Lol same music as "Rhytmic gymnastics is NOT easy" I love the music the floor routine and Jordyn Weiber did excellent!
@helo1297 The stag leap is why her legs are separated, she's preparing for the leap. She didn't have that problem before she added the leap. i love jordyn`s routine
she is amazing which is the name of the song
she is perfection ♥
@MrJST94 Jordyn scored 14.766 at worlds and that was a step out of bounds. Plus, she added two leaps out of her tumbling passes, so no landing deductions and she stuck her final pass.
go jordyn that was amazing, so clean :) the best i have ever seen her doing this routine i think :) xxxxx
Her foot makes it 2.75 times around before it drops, she completed it fully at American Cup and Worlds. They did the same thing giving her full credit for it at the 2011 American Cup when it wasn't complete there either.

could you believe the roar before the routine? crazy. and, yay!!! she won!
She is amazing!! I wanna do her routine in the future it looks so awesome
YAY!I love her floor music.

This almost seems like her Floor at the 2012 American Cup, because of her Leo. I love her.

Leandro Araujo It’s the Olympics. What do you expect? LOL

Ruslana- Wild dances.. Winner of 2004 Eurovision
She's so fun to watch! Great routine!
This is amazing! i can only hope to do this someday but right now im still scared to do a BHS on high beam with a coach standing there...:)
Lord bless her. She gives me goose flesh! Looking forward to London '12.
Perfect twisting form ❤

I like how she changed some of her moves from last year
She is powerful
I love the dance moves she does at 1:07. That's definitely a Jordyn move :)
actually decent floor music haha. i love the way jordyn looks like shes dancing, not just posing
Excellent performance! ^ ^
1:29 Jordyn + The girl in the background with a Jordyn pannel, this is so cute.
Good choreography and power!
It's too bad that she got burned out after the TF. I was hoping that she would challenge for a medal in the floor final, but she just seemed to be a bit tapped out. It was a bit surprising seeing her struggle so much. I've never seen her be so half-hearted.

female gymnasts are the best athletes in the world
I agree, bro. I love women’s gymnastics 😍❤️😘 💍 #WifeGoals
Jordyn Wieber!!! Awsome! you are very bauetiful dance >O
I miss that pass....Dudnik, Omli, even Elise Ray great pass don't know why gymnast don't use it more.
@MrJST94 Jordyn scored a 14.800, at worlds and that was with a step out of bounds.
Jordyn Wieber - Serie :
0:15 - Rondada/ Flic - Flac/ Duplo Twist Grupado
0:27 - Rondada/ Dupla Pirueta/ Rondada/ Flic - Flac/ Tripla Pirueta
0:58 - Rondada/ Flic - Flac/ Tripla Pirueta
1:28 - Rondada/ Flic - Flac/ Duplo Mortal Carpado
Amazing.
Wild dances - Ruslana... song is pretty epic
That was phenomenal :')
a technical question: would the linkage be counted at 0:33? She had a small adjustment b/w the triple twist and the split jump.
Lol you really brightened up my day with your "rejoice and look at the ceiling moments" comment XD Really made me laugh - thanks! Oh and I agree with you :)
My favorite routine
15,125?Was it a joke?
this is the jordyn wieber i know, not the jordyn from the american cup!
o love the first tumbling pass
i have a question, if anyone can help me out. why is it that shawn johnson and nastia liukin's scores were so much higher back in 2008 than these girls in 2012? were they just better gymnasts, or did the way they judge or something change?

amazing
She is really good :)
I like her old routine better, though it is good to take the layout. Also, did she look sort of breathless or what?
its going to be so close. Don't count out Mai from Japan or Lordache, or Gabby, or Ross, or well there are so many possibilities. I praying by the grace of God Pavlova can put together a bars routine lol...gotta have faith lol.
She dominated that floor. Stuck every landing
What is the name of the music?
Her routine is great !

can someone tell me the name of the music? I was there when she perfomred and the music has been in my mind since.
is shawn johnson going to the 2012 olympics?
I can't tell by the score... but I think it still would be counted... it was less than a second, i think

Wieber's floor routine is the best since Shannon Miller...
Go Go Go wild dances!
0:48-0:50 is my favorite :)
If she can pull them off, why would she change them?
16 people have no brain to dislike this!
I don't understand how her execution score was so much higher here compared to team finals..
Did they credit the triple twist to stag jump CV?
I guess putting a jump after the 5/2 was better than the layout. She has much less of a chance of going out of bounds, which happened more than once at worlds. That particular jump is good, but the one after the triple...but if she did a punch front after the triple...now that would be a cool pass!
wild dances yay!!!
She is training for it but we can't know for sure until Olympic Trials
