I was fortunate enough to go to RG in 2017 and it awesome. It's hard to put into words. Being in Phillip Chartier when any French player is on court is like being at a Davis Cup match. One of the loudest crowds I'd ever heard in sports. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Still watch the videos and look at pics every so often to remind myself of just how lucky I was.

An AO sponsor was offering a 'money can't buy experience' to their customers (which my wife was) at the tournament which included a hit with an "Australian" legend (we didn't know it was Pat until we walked onto Centre Court!) in the morning (there were six of us all up that ended up hitting with Pat), followed by an excellent ticket to Centre Court to watch Rd16 day session. Also included access to sponsor's marquee. Sponsor was kind enough to provide Centre Court seats/marquee access to the family, completely unexpected! An amazing day for all of us. Pat was great value, ripping bloke. The clip of hitting a backhand winner against him will never be deleted! :)
Wow! Awesome experience! I was lucky enough to see Nadal/Korda in Indian Wells - first time at a tennis tournament! Only a few rows up from the tunnel and his often-visited towel. I got some great photos! Seeing him at Roland Garros must have been amazing - perhaps our next stop! Thanks for sharing the videos. How do I get an invitation from Renault again?
Hey dude, nice vid! Me and my cousin are from Cyprus and we are thinking about visiting RG this year. Due to work reasons we can only watch R1 & R2. We can only find tickets for 350euros at Philippe Chatrier, and 185euros for general admission. Is the main court worth it? Can we watch several matches at different courts with the general admission ticket?
I see Nadal’s shots hit short a lot of the time. Would you say because of his heavy ball that even his short ball is ‘deep’ because of its ability to get up to the baseline with good height even from a short bounce?
To be honest, I can’t remember which one it was but it was a nice hotel! It wasn’t that close to anything though, had to get a taxi to RG and the centre of Paris!
