Fascinating to watch Nadal as he finished his practice with Tiafoe. I've only ever seen Nadal 'on show' in interviews or on court. It was so nice to see him relaxed and smiling and just being himself. Even through the tv he has terrific presence. I can only imagine actually being there!
The weather looks so relaxing and perfect there. A nice, cloudy day with coffee and tennis. If I EVER would run into Nadal, I would be so nervous. I imagine myself just freezing up. Who knows if I would have the mind to ask for an autograph or selfie with him. You're so very lucky! Live in the moment.
Very jealous- but thanks for doing this video as it is wonderful to see and know how things are at Wimbledon just prior to their commencement. As a regular club player my favourite grass tournament is Surbiton where you can get close to the action, the tickets are great value and there are no parking issues. I think sadly Wimbledon leans too far towards Corporate hospitality and doesn’t treat regular tennis players at LTA accredited clubs with much respect- the whole place should be filled with knowledgeable fans and not empty corporate seats.
Great video. I vote for some narration to the practice session. Whether it's 2 or 4 videos, it's not particularly important to me. Some comments on the goals of an exercise and how well players are doing would be fine. Thanks.
