Sorry forgot to add no ethanol gas either or the carburetor will need frequent cleanings unless ran often or run dry buy shutting off the fuel and letting it run untill the carburetor runs out of fuel
Thank you for that. I borrowed a tiller and lost the drive pulley mounting bolt. I believe the owner used a bolt that was too long and bottomed out in the shaft so it didn’t tighten the lock washer and backed itself out. I need to know the depth of that hole to ensure I get the correct replacement bolt.
I have the same engine, its a 4 stroke engine and designed for straight gas not mixed gas!!!! Its not a 2 stroke engine!!!! Please educate yourself read the manual before you foul up the spark plug
did you ever try the electric start? Mine doesn't work but not sure if im doing something wrong or something malfunctioning
Whish you would of showed exactly how to assemble. I'm having a hard time starting the same one already assembled.

Nice Video!
i just took out all the electrical hope it will still start lol
what are you using the engine for?
I used it for my mini bike project
Can you tell me the crankshaft mounting hole thread specification and depth? I need to source the correct bolt to mount a pulley.
it is a 3/4 in diameter and a bolt that's gonna work is a 5/16-24 fine thread. you can find it on fasental

@@anneonymous7737 I mean I used this on my go kart and to hold the clutch to the engine I used a 3/4 bolt make sure it is full threaded
can you tell what thread and length the mounting bolts are
u mean the bolts I used to mount the engine to the frame? if so then 1/4 by 2 inches long idk the thread
good video
when u done
great
nice but maybe try to get a better system next time
Better engine system?

imagine putting 98 octane fuel in a go kart like this. that would make it absolutely rip
I put 87 octane
High octane is recommended for small engines.

WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
GET MONITIZED ALLREADY KID
now we are!!!
I believe these engines need to be filled with oil until it reaches the lip of the hole.
