~ There should definitely (no pun intended) be some sort of insignia on a car to let police know when a driver is hearing impaired or deaf! If this happened the way visualized it to be, the officer must be completely inconsolable! A split second decision that changed the lives of many! Sad.
But why should someone die even if they were over speeding or committed a crime, what is the point of the judicial system then? I have seen police in America shoot people who are running away from them, while in Europe police also encounter criminals but they know how to prepare for arrests without incidences.
