Maybe because with this method you loose all your files and installed programs. There are methods for change the password only, then your programs and data will not be deleted.

So when you say Reset you data do you mean My Movies too? I have 2 hard disks I keep all my Movies in one and Window in other. If I remove the hard disk that has the movies then I can save my data right?

Resetting the password for win 10 is easier than win 7.You should mention in your video that this is a system recovery, not a password recovery.
