Most of the factoring companies work with either carriers or owner operators; even independent truck dispatcher services owners. If you are new in this industry, I would recommend working with small carriers or owner operators with their authorities.

1. Work with factoring company so you can secure the payment 2. Yes, there are some important agreements, and we do provide those to our students, but you can work with small business attorney to draft one for you. Hope this helps!

There are hundreds of different ways of doing this. I can't give you proper answer to your question because I do not know your sales process
