Toby, great question. Teaching people how to become dispatchers does not create MORE competition, it brings MORE value to the market place. One of the ways to bring value to the market place is to create the competition within the market place. For example, there a lot of psychologists in the coaching marker teaching other people how to become a psychologist. One thing that I do no get. In Canada, to have Loadlinks you have to have one truck registered as a carrier but after you are able to dispatch as many trips as you can to owner operators. How can I find loads that do not require me to buy a semi-truck?

Very simple! Being a dispatcher working for a carrier is an employment opportunity. Whereas a dispatcher packages his or her skills an offers to a carrier(s) is a business opportunity. My Dad is willing to be my "test dummy" for my independent trucking dispatching company, but he's suck why would a driver pay an Independent dispatcher for work. I'm trying to tell him because I'll find the loads and do the paperwork, but he can't get past that. I don't know how else to explain it and it's making mea little self conscious about starting my company. I've registered my company, received my EIN, opened a business account and have a logo. where should I get the contract and how do I let drivers know that they aren't wasting money by letting me book for them?
