    I realized I did not put the corn sugar addition in the video... You add this at flame-out at the end of the boil. Stir while adding so it completely dissolves.

    I brewed my 1st cold IPA back in February and it went quick. It’s a great beer style. I used 3:1 flaked corn to flaked rice and it came out great.

    Great video Dennis! I used the cold IPA recipe kit from More beer with a few tweaks and that beer was honestly one of the best IPAs I think I’ve ever had! Love cold IPAs and I need to try your recipe next time, cheers 🍻

    Really great video! I have to be honest, I’ve never heard of this beer type before. I’ll have it give it a shot. Cheers!

    The beer looks great! That is one thing that keeps me homebrewing...a fresh beer on tap is often better than one of the "best" commercial beers that has been packaged for several months. Cheers! 🍻

    Great video! Are you adding the Asorbic during the boil?

      @CityscapeBrewing  10 месяцев назад

      No you add it to the mash. I add 4 grams right when I'm mashing in my grains.
