Yes, bugs is so much fun to play! I have him at lvl14.

I swear it is so infuriating when your fighting a Harley and you get caught in there combo and you go from 12 to 60 something because you can’t get out ( for the record I’m not going on a rant or anything like that I’m just sharing how I feel, me personally I main bug’s because I like bugs and I think he’s a good set up character, at every start of a match I use the heart perk to block off areas and then I tunnel to the other side of the map for zoning out my enemy. )

When you get some time plz make a video reviewing Garnet. She’s pretty useless in 1v1’s and she’s my main, so it’s pretty sad that she sucks at the pro level.
batmans down special is slower when you hold jump because it glides while doing the move, so when you don't hold jump it is normal speed.
Good luck, i finally reached 20/23 maxed characters and without the boost it takes a loooong time, still the badge is just a flex to show in the games

Bugs is not op in 1s at all. His win rate is dog shit, and he just isn’t a great character compared to others.
It's prolly harder to get levels cuz of when they buffed the exp requirement when Rick came out.
Here’s a suggestion. Make this a series and every video will you be playing one character and getting them to max. Title suggestion: Beating Multiverus: Day 1 - Batman. Maybe you can make it simpler, idk. The structure of the video can be Starting out learning the character, then some gameplay footage, and then pop in with showing your reaction to level ups. Not a full idea, but just wanted to suggest something for you so you can start an ongoing series. Love your videos btw

Your Batman down air special looks like it's being combined with his glide, don't know if it's a controller config/keybind issue or if you're accidentally pushing both buttons, cause that's the first time I've seen that personally.
oh that’s weird, I just use Y (top button idk what it is on playstation) so it shouldn’t be double bound? maybe i’m doing something wrong with movement, im holding down on my left stick
@@slushMV yeah that's the first I've ever seen that, hopefully your controller isn't too messed up, I know knockoffs or damaged controllers sometimes push multiple buttons even when you're not intending to
I just recreated that you were doing, and it looks like you're initiating down+Y, and holding up analog + jump button on the descent, so it slows the speed of that attack massively, that's how I've recreated it anyway

thats a 2/5 on the smart goals scale I'd say that's as good as any

Honestly the game isn’t that much fun right now it’s been a while since they have added a character I actually like playing Marvin is cool but I just don’t like playing as him just my opinion hopefully the next character is better
I think it's still fun but needs more content.

I'm not calling you stupid or insulting anyone, but I think there is a huge difference between a character needing a buff VS nerf.
Saying that the entire community needs to learn how a character works to not be stomped is a MUCH worse issue than Marvin mains having to learn him inside and out to get results.
I'm not even arguing any balance changes but I don't think the situations are as comparable as you say and such label of hypocrisy isn't really applicable.
How do you say bugs needs a nerf when you base your opinion on win rates… and bugs is damn near at the bottom on win %. Like what’s the beef with bugs and what he do to you😂 super fun character!
literally just watch the video, I said directly after mentioning win rate that they shouldn’t base game balance off of win rate. so no, I don’t base my opinion off of win rate
@@slushMV you say that a character 14th on winrates cannot be top tier because the winrates would justify it at the bare minimum. So to call bugs top tier is just inconsistent on your part. You can't even tell me what nerfs he needs because most of his abilities are balanced. I understand winrates isn't everything but bugs would have somewhat high winrates if he was actually a top tier character

@@rhettsumner5127 like I said, win rate alone doesn't show the full story. you cant say that stripe needs nerfs instead of bugs just because his win rate is higher. there are other factors, for example, stripe is one of the easiest characters in the game. bugs is significantly harder. therefore, his win rate is bound to be lower since the bottom players will have success with stripe, but wont with bugs. thats why I don't use win rate alone to justify buffs and nerfs. my ONLY point when mentioning strips win rate was targeted torwards the people that say stripe is the most op character in the game. that bold of a statement can be disproved by win rate alone.

As a stripe main, I can’t stand low level stripe players. The side repetitive side air into gun is so easy to counter. Those players ruin the stripe name fr
