No I don't do gates. those zerk plasters work wonders I think the best oil to use in them is Kriol oil that stuff works great on then thing that's stuck. Also you need to get a lock n lube grease coupler on your gun.

Yeah, we used to install gates when I was in Texas here in Indiana. Don’t have so many gates other than commercial settings but Dave if you want to come down, I’m gonna be putting one in at my place more than welcome to come. Give me a hand.

I agree with the last comment Kroil is magic. I've only helped with gate operators in a couple instances, but mostly I just do residential overhead. appreciate the content Dave always cool seeing what you're getting into. 🤝

I work on gates, operators and I already have one of those Grease clearer rams. So I don't need one. 😂
But I do hate those apex boards for several reasons but that reset switch got me a few times at a place that you have almost certainly heard of. I won't say the name but it's a school. In CT.
The power jack on those boards sometimes burn out the connector. So If you replace an old operator and the jack is good save it. Might help on a repair
That said, it appeared that one of those gate wings was out of level from the other, might could get an upsell fixing that.
