Either that is Ymir wishing how things went back then or there's some kind of influencing the past happening, that shot of her smiling might be related to that.

Plus last time I checked, in the Manga Armin transformed and climbed out of the crater he made. This is possibly the scene where Eren transformed into a colossal titan and he's walking towards Eren.
