The Virgin Gourmet - Fish and Funji

A native dish to the U.S. Virgin Islands. Typically utilizing the local catch of the day: Yellowtail, Snapper, Mahi-Mahi or Kingfish. Accompanied with an Okra Funji (Cornmeal and fresh Okra, finished with a Lemon Butter Scotch Bonnet Sauce.

Res, what kind of weed you had truthfully that's bread pudding totally in goument style, it's not fungi and fish, ask, how l know guess what I am a master cook and chef myself , old school and New school, by the way are sure someone or somebody possibly trying to make you look like you do not know art , simply put cooking is an art as well as a passion , you must be passionate about it and do it with love that's what makes the difference in how it tastes as well as enjoyed , by those even yourself , peace, good luck
