Most of the lack of your feeling of being underwhelmed by the service dirty toilets etc is down to lazy cabin crew simple as that. Something Iberia has been noted for before, they seem to have a strangle hold of the ISG grouping so not sure if service standards will improve on the future. The lack of inflight mags has nothing to do with covic now just cost cutting. Personally I always bring a book, my own headphones and sandwiches on every flight I take now, the less dependant on airline standards now the better. Some of the Iberia aircraft where actually Aer Lingus ordered aircraft but on their purchase by IAG those aircraft where given to Iberia and EI got A321,s which did nothing for their expansion plans! Great film and review Matt. A bit mean of the crew not to let you photo Biz class - feels a bit inflexible. Still don’t like the idea of no cabin crew announcement after takeoff - not the “BA way” that’s for sure is it?! 😻

Personally I can put up with lack of service and the finishing touches but what really concerns me is the lack of hygiene so the badly kept toilets would put me off. I feel it is a health hazard not keeping up with hygiene especially after covid.

Have flown them for years and still they don't seem to get it.
They have been showing off there new a350s which is fine but in flight service still is rather poor.
Too bad because like a lot of other airlines, they need to step up.

Horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN. The had my baggage in transit for over a week after I made it to my destination and still did not get them yet. Their customer service is the worst and they are not able to help
BA always have better service. Shame that Iberia lets themselves down
You expect the cabin crew to serve drinks to some clown in economy while the plane is still on the ground? really? next time buy a bottle of water in the terminal.
In my experience, a truly awful airline. One to avoid.
