ZS190 190cc engine swap for Little Ducati gets a new setup and “tune” in vlog 045

- In vlog 045 the Jucati got a new muffler with baffle/db killer because the stock one is pretty loud. It also got a clocking flange to face the carburetor backwards to allow the oil cooler to get mounted up front. See how it sounds in the vlog.
Hi I just wanted to let you know be careful how you start the engine they are prone to snapping the input shaft mainly with kick start but I wouldn't try to keep starting it if it doesn't fire on the first time give it a couple of second before retrying even with the electric start the shift star mod helps it a little bit to. Just some info I have gotten on this 190cc✌️👍👌💯
What pipe is that you have on there ! Can’t find one to fit the 190?

What type of exhaust is that?
It’s from David Bullock on the ZS190 swap shop Facebook group and I just swapped out the muffler for shorter fake carbon fiber one on Amazon.
Take the muffler out, I’m planning on buying this motor and I have the exact same exhaust, just wanna see how good it sounds without the muffler

I was using the pz28 that came with the kit.
Where’d u get the pipe from? Does it bolt right up, or need modifications?
I got the pipe from David bullock from the zs190 swap shop Facebook group. It bolted right up, no modifications I had to do.
