I've lived in Spokane my whole life. Never heard of a goop burger. I don't think that's 1) from here 2) what it's actually called or 3) a real thing. And the recipe for goop? It sure seems an awful lot like what's called fry sauce. Also it's not Spo-CANE or Spo-CANNY or anything else, it's Spo-CAN (in pronunciation, it's spelled Spokane). Just sayin. I could be wrong about Goop, and I'll look around and see what tourist trap has a "goop" burger, but I know I'm right about the pronunciation.
