That and NO KETCHUP. George is okay with a ketchup-based sauce on a burger, but that's as far as he is willing to usually go with it. The only burger with ketchup he was okay with was the Cuban Frita, and that was because ketchup is what has always been on that burger, and he will respect that history.

Since this was a comedy bit and likely not even an authentic competition I wouldn't be surprised if that was just regular hamburger though. The truffles looked real though. I have noticed some of George's favorite burgers don't even have a condiment on one of the buns.

I also know he is sensitive to burger/bun ratio. I'd personally rather have Tariq's burger, although I could do without the truffle fries -- and I also don't like ketchup on burgers.
