So finally the 2023 celebration video released! It was Nov 2021 I first saw your video and it's wonderful to know I'm stuck with you more than a year. Can you believe it? I was called "frog thigh" since I was a child and it always be that way even when I was skinnier in college. Then it became 64cm each when I reach 64.5kg in summer 2021. Slowly but consistenly with your work out, I'm now 55.5kg with no single day of diet. Red meat was taken out of most of my daily menu just for better health, and the rest remained. It's all thanks to your videos that my thigh now 56cm. It's still a long way to go but I finally see a small gap between my thigh (which I never had before). My body now has "Sporty vibe" that can be regconized easily by everyone and I'm so proud of it. I'm at present confident and be more active, positive. It's never be an easy road, but I'm comfortable driving on it. @@restyku I was doing cardio work-out at least 5 days per week in the first 6 months. Then my body lost some pounds and it showed no more decrease in weight if I continue doing long cardio like before (I wasn't on any diet). So I decided to do it harder, like doing some exercises from Mizi's list that wasn't able to do at the begining. Those videos make me completely exhausted so I have 1 "rest day" following the working out day. So I only do it 3 times per week. At some points when I was too busy, I can't catch up that schedule but I never let it up to 4 days without exercising.
I'm 50. Answered prayer. Finally I found what I've been looking for. Nothing too strenuous, doable and fun. Sure sustainable. Now I have a reason to wake up at 5 am and always looking forward to it daily. My larthagy is gone! Thanx ever so much.
