    Mahalo! You just posted this just as I posted on my FB about Hawaiian pronunciation (by a local) who said "Waipahu" with a Haole pronunciation. Sounded gross. Since when did people started changing their accent? Even something like "kakou" doesn't sound right when they do it. I expect outsiders to do this, not locals. So mahalo for this!

      "There are no coincidences." Those are definitely words that many struggle with. As I've taught over the years I've come to understand that very few hear these words pronounced properly. Therefore, they don't have a chance in getting the words out right. They'll get there💯

    You have any Hawaiian Lessons you recommend ? We used to stay on Kauai but moved to da mainland. My daughter wants to become fluent in Hawaiian.
