You can never go to far when building your bases in Valheim. And nice base by the way, I like the way you wrapped it around the spawn point, looks good.
Build until the fps drop.

No God mode! A true labor of love. Great base! Highly impressed. my group and I are going slow on my server so we aren't that far yet. I personally have not seen inside the mistlands. Looking forward to seeing some of those new pieces!!

Beautiful. I love it when people mesh functionality and design. Not to mention a huge Kudos for doing it all without devcommands. Hauling around that much material takes a while.
I can understand the appeal of creative mode but I have special respect for players who do these builds in-game without god mode or infinite resources.
the fire is to close to the boar if you delete it for a while and let him come to rest you will be able to tame him further but fire has to be 9m away
Hopefully you figured it out by now but you can’t have any source of fire near the boar. I think it’s like 9m but after they’re tamed you can put the fires/light sources back up
Side note, just get some wolves over there and they can defend the trophy/spawn area

Awesome looking build. One small suggestion for recording videos is to turn off motion blur. I honestly don't know why so many games come with it on by default. Keep up the great content!
Love ur base just joined valheim on Xbox for few weeks now looking at other people building makes me doubt my ability of building but I hope some day I can be as good as u n everyone else 420 love

Lighthouse does work if your base is not right on the edge of ocean and you sail at night. Trully something i can not live without anymore

That's actually the opposite of what a lighthouse does. Lighthouses let you know were not to go, so you don't crack up on the rocks.
The boar problem is the fire.
The boar might be too close to a fire/light source so it’s afraid. Wild boar won’t tame when afraid and/or hungry
I'm guessing the boar is not taming due to all the light source nearby.
Put the lighthouse near your base, but farther into the water. So you see it first from the boat.

This is awesome! My friends and I have been playing on the preview version for Xbox. We just finished upgrading to stone walls but I like how yours has ways to get up way easier then ours. How did you build them?
I managed to squeeze the stairs half inside the wall to make room for walking

Man, thats impressive. I cant imagine the time it took to transport all the metal ores with either a cart or a ship n getting the right wind direction
I can immagine it, I build a "castle" on top of those big plains stones. and had to sail a lot to transport stuff, stones was easier at least, wonder if the stone and wood spawner works well, gonna try on my next big build
Big tip for transporting stuff by boat is using Moders boss power, it gives you perpetual tail wind while sailing
the demolisher is like the best weapon in the game for when you're surrounded. WHY YOU NO USE THAT?!
Hello sir! Love the build, but that starting point, next to the ocean and a good chunk of land next to it looks fantastic for anyone starting out - would you happen to be able to share the seed? Could be worth pinning too

How can you stand playing with this motion blur? Great Citadel though...you're very patient man :)
Do you have motion blur on its making it hard to see what you built cause it keep blurring out as you move or turn the camera.
Try to remove the fire to tame the boar
your pig is upset because there are fires within its sphere of proximity

We have several other games, amongst them the playthrough we have posted here on the channel, so probably that will do just fine
pigs are afraid of fire, so to be tamed you cant have fire nearby

last boss is the Queen of mistlands, you get eggs after Yagluth which is the previous boss.

In truth it is subjective whether you play with or without motion blur. With that in mind
I think it is a very ugly way to play games. I like to see the raw textures without it. It feels more immersive to me.
How to defend that base against trolls? I always have problems with trolls

Unfortunately my partner did not film making this amazing citadel, but... We are gonna try and replicate it in our playthrough, with some modifications as I have some ideas as well, and the location will be between 2 biomes. So checkout the full playthrough to see it get built
