Must say, the elimination of the HVAC really makes the wiring and related simple by comparison. I do look forward to trying some Autocross eventually. Thanks!
@@3rdGenGuy I hear you on that but personally if im modernizing my car i want modern amenities. Couldnt went LSA put 700hp under the hood and not gave a damn about 47 pounds lol
@3rdGenGuy a few things, first and foremost the engine bay deserves a medal or a Nobel prize 😍 two your 3d printed fuel pump connector should earn the gold medal for the Olympics. And 3 is a question, you have a new ecu but kept the c100, why was that?
the pass side fender wires are for the main engine harness (stock engine). since I deleted all that and ran c100 power wires separately, the pass wire loom can be removed.
Will this same wiring harness work on a 1998 z28 Ls1 my factory harness was cut from previous owner . I’m also going back ls1 just th400 any info helps
@@3rdGenGuy it’s all good, rebuilding my sons 86 that some knuckle head was trying to make a race car out of it but only destroyed perfectly good parts. Glad someone is going to get good use of it.
I love how clean and professional your build is. 3d printed components is next level. Bravo!
Love the ODB option and reliability of the PSI as well. Great content, great car! Thank you.

I just came across your page off of Instagram! Glad to see you have a RUclips page aswell! Great video!! Thinking about a ls1 swap in my fbody too
Thanks man!!! I was trying to figure out where those two red wires go sense I bought one of those ebay ones with a chinglish manual. lol
I’m using a psi wire harness on my 84 Monte Carlo ls swap. I want to use a obd reader like yours
Wonder why so many people that do LS swaps delete the AC? I gotta have a climate controlled cabin
AC is kinda a hassle wiring and engine bay wise.
deleting it dropped like 47lbs from my car

@@kevinthomas26 I’m doing one with heat and ac
Is there a way you could drop the link for the hvac delete panel please
Wow that's the same fuel pump I plan on running
pretty quiet pump as well.
What harness did you use ? And will it work for a 4l60 ?
You pick the trans you are using when you order a harness.
My PSI harness is for a T56, you'd have to buy a 4L60E harness
It'll inspire me to throw a wrench at my z28
3rd gen guy, what video do you have for the aeromotive wiring??

The wires in the pass side fender well can be cut and removed? I noticed your connector was no longer there

The PSi harness are standalone, so it's only designed to run a LS.
it's not the same as a harness from a 2001 Camaro for example.
What did you do with the AC box and all of the wiring for the AC system? I would love to take it off your hands
sry, I have a local guy coming for it.
I give away stuff like that for free in the hopes I'll see more running 3rd gens.

Are those connectors available yet?
they ended up being too expensive to sell unfortately.
@@3rdGenGuyhow expensive ?
like $120 for one.
too pricy to make any good sales on that.
Is the bulkhead plug available yet? Thanks

Did you have to swap your ecu or can you keep the stock ecu
you need a ECU from the LS engine you pick.
or use something like a Holley Ecu or the like
Where did you get a HVAC delete plate?
Just found it sorry, I should search first and then comment lol.
I’m going from a tpi motor to a LM7 what fuel pump do you recommend
probably a walbro 255lph. enough for a hopped up 5.3L.
not gonna lie it looks easy lol
