These types of videos are so amazingly relaxing. At this point I think I know more about ASMR Beauty's health and wellbeing than my own.
I love that he says "thank you" every time you answer. So kind and warm. Love it
Anything to rob her of her money. Herbology is a scam.
what a wonderful relaxing voice! I feel so cozy listening to this, I think I could go to sleep right here at my desk
Oh wow, HIS VOICE is simply wonderful!
Getting worse over time is quite typical of post viral syndromes including post Covid. The implication is that your activity level is just a bit too much for your level of health. That’s not to say that keeping active including exercise is not important, but it’s important to pace yourself and to be mindful of energy expenditure vs energy recuperation (sleep, mediation, non strenuous leisure activities such as reading/tv). Good luck with your search for health. 👍🏼
This is one of my favourites. I find herbalism fascinating. I hope you continue to have more energy now ❤
I find medical intake so relaxing I wish I could just get a regular consultation just for that part lol
My man is a good talker, although he does remind me of a TV magician on CBBC
Oh man this might be the best one
I always look forward to your videos ty
Pretty sure I’ve commented on this video before, but I love this guy! Your conversation is so interesting. Please see him again :)
I'm glad this guy is getting to the actual root cause of her problems (Long Covid). Because all the other videos we've watched have just been various healers saying that she needs more Reiki or whatever.
Great, relaxing video😊 side note, LOVE your outfit!! 🥰🤗
Thank you so much!!🥰
Close your eyes n he sounds like Dan Radcliffe
Love your outfit Melissa!
Thank you!!!🥰😊✨
Best one yet!
This geezer is brilliant
My guy knows his biology, also like the thing where he said about setting a low bar and sticking to it, extremely helpful
O.P. / occiput posterior, clinical term for when a baby is born "sunny side up".
The fatigue after Covid is unlike anything I have ever experienced and it lasted forever.
I had covid I think back in January
I had covid and I felt normal after 2 weeks.
@@erict.35 good for you. Not everyone is that lucky.
@@professormurder3691 thx. Actually almost everyone is “lucky”. Fraction of people have long term effects
@@erict.35 that’s not true at all.
CBC CMP , baseline ekg , and sleep study. Anemia, lack of sleep, arrhythmia, mental health etc..
Have you guys gotten engaged yet?
It was going well until the free radicals lecture, which would've dried it up...
Can’t wait for your next video: Defense against the Dark Arts
Would you ever do ASMR Japanese language tutorials??
What dialect is this in the UK? It’s my favorite one lol
Why do I feel I could answer these questions as Melissa better than about myself 😂 xx
I legit answered for her when he asked if she was taking any medication or supplements. I immediately said Vitamin D.
I was hoping to avoid thinking about biochemistry 😭😭😭😭 exams are coming up
Sounds like Long Covid. I have it and its awful. The fatigue is so bad and has just gotten worse.
Would you ever consider making a compilation video of all these people checking your pulses? That's often my favorite part of these videos!
I’ve got a complication of all the health consultations coming up in January but I hadn’t thought to do one with just pulse checking! It might only be about 5 mins long! Maybe I can try make a reel on instagram?☺️
@@asmr_beauty You know what it is? It's the silence. If you included moments like checking your blood pressure, writing notes without speaking, it would probably be longer than five minutes. But it's probably not worth the work!
what's the difference between herbalist and herbologist
Herbalist is the correct term. Herbologists only exist in the Harry Potter books
I love the videos and seeing the different types of holistic treatments. However, I am becoming concerned about your health. Hope you continue to get better!
I have been feeling so much better recently (many of my videos are posted about a month after they were filmed)! Thank you for worrying ☺️ Rest, improved diet and time seem to have helped most of all!
been a while since i heard metric for height/weight for a fellow Brit
If I couldn’t see this guy I could swear listening to this you were talking to Daniel Radcliffe 😂
I can’t not hear this now 😂
I really hear a lot of Jude Law in his voice as well, like if you mixed the two together.
Oh my goodness you're so right
I wish he did more than just write had forward all way forward for action. Love his voice but not enough things to do
Will from the inbertweeners
Do they have burgerologists? Just interested?
Do let us know what’s in his herbal prescription when it come.
Tincture:
CHICORY ROOT (Cichorium intybus) 1:2 20ml - anti-inflammatory
RIBWORT PLANTAIN (Plantago lanceolata) 1:2 30ml - anti-catarrhal, respiratory tract anti-inflammatory
ROSEMARY (Rosmarinus officinalis) 1:3 10ml improves cerebral circulation
WOOD BETONY (Stachys officinalis) 1:3 20ml - tonic, traditionally used to improve lung function and reduce headaches
YARROW (Achillea millefolium) 1:3 10ml - reduces bleeding, improves pelvic circulation, reduces inflammation in blood vessels.
= 84ml total (weekly dose) x3 weeks [252ml total].
Thanks! Great prescription. Chicory will also support and detox your liver.
Please tell me you have also seen a cardiologist? Even at your age if these symptoms are persisting they are classic for heart disease. Please be very careful and get your heart checked. 🙏🏻
I think it’s pretty typical for long-COVID symptoms to start 3-5 months after recovering from the initial illness.
dad’s a muggle, mam's a witch. Bitofanastyshockforhimwhenhefoundout.
Thanks for another awesome video. I’m tired so hopefully I’ll drift off listening to this video.
So this is at Hogwarts?
Jab. Ugh.
Once again, I am here asking myself 'does she actually believe in this non-scientific nonsense or does she just know it's relaxing content?".
I do not know.
typically youtubers won’t answer negative comments tbh but my judgement on it is she probably doesn’t care as long as there is content in it
Medical herbalism is a science. 40% of pharmaceutical drugs are derived originally from plants.
@@Ali-Bea Herbalism is not anything specific.
It's not even a licensed field of work. Literally anyone can say they're a herbalist in most places because herbalism is not evidence based healthcare.
Obviously medicines use ingredients derived from plants. No duh.
But what percentage of medicines are derived from a dude with no license whatsoever recommending herbs to you?
I hope not a lot.
Also, you know this dudes website is in the description right? Part of this guy's repertoire is """"medical astrology"""" which has to be the most nonsensical thing I have ever heard.
But go ahead and tell me how this quack is actually legit because actual scientists use plants to derive ingredients for actual medicine.
@@BIayne I know this is RUclips and I’m not expecting a high iq but do a bit of research? You can do a degree in medical herbalism at a university or specialist herbalist college. Only medical herbalists and doctors are legally allowed to prescribe certain high strength herbs.
@@Ali-Bea just because one can get a degree in something doesn't mean it is legitimate, sadly. That shouldn't be the case, but it is. I've had run-ins with people across a wide range of fields who clearly are incompetent despite having Degree X from Totally Legit University Y.
I've also encountered a wide spread in knowledge, sense, and general ability, as some people will get a degree from one place and be utter quacks, whereas people who get something called the same thing from another institution will seem to be much more reasonable (even if they still learned things that are on shaky grounds scientifically).
For context, I'm educated as a reasonably "hard science" person (physiologist and biomechanist, primarily) and continue to work in that realm, but I have also worked for several years in a program that would be considered decidedly less conventional (a "functional medicine" program), and my comments come from years of experience with people across the spectrum in both/many academic and clinical worlds.
She sounds like a bit of a hypochondriac
I’m literally not worried I just have to say something or you’d have a video where I turn up to an appointment and say ‘I’m fine’ and then the video would be over. I need to try and mention anything I can think of for the video so it’s not short even if it’s something I’ve already sorted off camera. Comments like these are what made me stop doing these sorts of appointments even when people request it to help them relax cause it’s just not worth it for me.
@@asmr_beauty That person is in the minority! We appreciate what you do!! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for all the videos.
I just want to find ACTUALLY unintentional ASMR :(
Go ahead and find it then instead of commenting hate. Just because you don't consider this unintentional, honestly, grow a brain - how does commenting this help you on the search for a video you'd like.
